I spin plates at my place pretty often .. one thing i notice is that it's really hard to guess what a girl does/doesn't like as it relates to drinks or food or snacks. It gets really awkward when you make a meal and then the girl doesn't like onion in it. Or order pizza and the girl doesn't like a topping on it. Or serve a drink but the girl doesn't like vodka she only drinks gin. etc. etc. etc. I notice awkward situations coming up with this type of thing time and time again.

Is this common? Like .. girls tastes vary so wildly in what they eat that it makes it REALLY hard to have a set standard of items in the kitchen to serve to the typical chick/guest and have confidence that she will like what you are actually serving.

None of this is getting in the way of getting laid ... but i really can't stand serving a girl something that she only takes a few drinks of/bites of and then leaves the rest .. then later admits she didn't really like that kind of c0cktail/type of food/etc.

Its not your concern.
They are at your place, and you pay for the food and the snacks. cook and serve what you like.

If they don't like it, its their problem. you are not a f*cking restaurant.

Fat girls are always the pickiest about food, which is some delicious irony. They also think they will literally die if they miss a meal. "I'm hypogycemic! I could pass out." Uh-huh. And then you'll wake up a little bit less fat.

I always order Thai or Italian food when I have a girl back at my place and it always works. Girls love my food choices. Make sure you have vodka and cranberry too.

In my experience picky girls are a pain in the ass, especially with food.I went out with one girl last month and she was pretty cool for the first few hours. Great conversation, went a few places and had fun, then I was going to take us to grab a snack, but doesn't like chocolate, can't eat ice cream, the smell of cheese makes her sick. She wasn't super snobby about or anything, but it was still a huge pain in the ass.

Went out with a girl last year who didn't eat gluten. She was really fun and it wasn't too bad the first few dates since I took her to places I already knew had good gluten free options. After like 5-6 dates it became a pain in the ass after I started to realize how much of a pain in the ass trying to eat gluten free is, especially when she is one of those people convinced red meat isn't good for you and she tried to not eat that much. Wtf are you supposed to eat at most restaurants if you wont eat a steak and you wont eat anything with bread? really?

I won't go so far as to say a girl with food allergies or weird food dislikes is a deal breaker, but she better make a lot of effort to be as cool about it as possible or I'm done. It's a pain.

If im someone's guest that has cooked/served drinks/snacks etc. i always eat with a smile and act gratefully for the gesture. Anything else is rude/impolite IMO. But girls seem to get a pass for their picky behavior.

Ask if she has any dietary restrictions - should be enough of a hint for her to let you know if there's stuff she won't eat.

Women are picky because they base all their decisions on how they feel. You throw a menu at a girl in a restaurant and she'll sit there for half an hour choosing something. Deciding on food generally doesn't make her emotions jump in the positive. There's a lot going on in a woman's brain when she's trying to figure out food:

- That doesn't taste good
- I don't like the way that looks
- I don't like the texture of that
- That will make me fat
- That will make me feel bloated
- Eating that will make me look like a pig
- I'll spill that really easily down my cleavage
- That will give me gas
- That will make my breath smell bad

All that stuff will make her emotions sit in the negative while she's searching for a food that will make her emotions jump for joy. Her decision will end up being whatever makes her feel the least amount of negative emotion, and a lot of times that will entail her going along with whatever you order.

Peace and Quiet

Friday night I took the Russian girl on our fifth date. I got reservations at a place so exclusive that you needed to pay $60 per person, non-refundable without 48 hours cancellation. It's always so packed you can barely move, but we learned they had a secret speakeasy bar a couple doors down in a plaza next to the most expensive hotel in the city. You had to ring the doorbell to get in, reservation only. The bar was so dark we could barely read the menu, and it only had about 10 items. It was a sushi restaurant and they had things like crab, lobster, tuna, scallops and salmon, but each was served in a unique manner. It was one of the best meals I ever had, and also one of the most unique dining experiences. She loved the trendy nature of it. The meal wasn't cheap. About $250 with a bottle of wine and tip. She ate every bite.

You just order a pizza without asking them what they like on it?
Sounds odd.

Why not ask her what she likes before preparing it for her?
Ya that is what I said, not to be a jerk but is this topic a joke?
Who doesn't know before preparing a meal or ordering a pizza you ask the girl if they like it or not?
odd
