because they share the same group of friends.

normal body
drinks a bit too much
kind of bisexual
thinks that in the first 6 months of any relationship, someone is gonna cheat on the other.

Eliminating the drinking will help her in several ways:

1. Promiscuity likely lowered, since a lot of slvts can justify the slay after a few drinks
2. Normal body - shell lose some body fat from getting off the alcohol
3. Health will improve and she will take less risks.

Cons seem a bit too heavy for GF material. Good plate but I wouldn't go beyond that.

Still hung up on her ex. Strike 1
Bad health. Strike 2. Unless you want to be a health care worker. This may be more of a burden than you are prepared to handle down the road.

Thinks people will cheat in the first 6 months. Strike 3. Baggage. And her accusation is usually because She has cheated in the first 6 months.
