Dude, I've already answered your damn question. The investments are public information, you can easily go to the websites directly and see what I'm referring to. Log into Vanguard to see a list of fixed income vehicles for example. Go to Lending Club and take a look at P2P loan portfolio returns.

You flat out lied about me saying I invest in no risk 5% fixed income investments, then I call you out on it about posting the quote of me saying that...and you just over look that request and continue asking me the same question I JUST ANSWERED.
Bicker, bicker, bicker, bicker, bicker.....

What you do is called bickering because you get into name-calling. Legend is proclaiming I said things I never said, then asking the same questions over and over that I just directly answered.

You know I'm really losing respect for you. The more I discuss things with you, the more you reveal yourself out to be just a dedicated personal TROLL. For some reason you have latched onto me and you butt into my discussions for the sole reason of TROLLING and trying to annoy the hell out of me.

So understand this, I'm going to respond to you here, but just know that I'm going to pull back discussing anything else with you (this thread or any other thread). So (seeing as though you are my dedicated troll) when you respond to me in other threads, just expect me to not give you a respond back.

- To look up fixed income vehicles, you usually have to log into your online brokerage account which you SHOULD KNOW seeing as though you claim you are an active stock picking trader. But here are a list of fixed income instruments from Vanguard including some over 5% as I noted:

- For Lending Club (P2P), again you have to log in and select the loans you would want to invest in, but here's an overview of the average returns, which again are usually over 5% but you do need to diversify:

Tenacity, it appears you know little about stocks and bonds. Your cited 5%+ plus return bonds are what is named in many circles, "junk bonds." LOL!

Your lending club investments are laughable. Are you really going to lend money to consumers based on the representation of LendingClub without a full due diligence package for each consumer you lend money to? Ya, diversify fully via hundreds of loans from Lending Club, and you are protected ... until, of course, Lending Club goes insolvent. LOL

Since you are so trusting, I have a better idea my little lollipop: Send me a check and I will guarantee annual returns of 25% via off-shore REITS and mortgage backed-security trusts secured by Australian farmland further collateralized by Deutche Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2014-HE6.

WTF?

- None of those bonds listed are non-investment grade, which is what a "junk bond" would be.

- Lending Club is a public company and a significant number of people are diversifying into P2P loans as a form of fixed income alternative. If you think the investment is too risky for whatever reason, then don't invest in it.

Troll.

Enron was a public company. So was Arthur Andersen.

Lots of people invested in CMOs and CDOs as a form of AAA rated fixed income alternative.

But you wouldn't want to take any risk! No sir.

What does this have to do with anything?

not, me, man. big old houses for 60k, VA loans, no money down, no pmi, no closing costs and a rate of 2% for the next 6 years, guaranteed. Line up lots of weekly room tenants before buying. if you know some home inspectors, lawyers, realtors, construction subcontractors, and pay attention, living there your self, you can clear 40k a year with about 10k invested.
