At some point I wasnt sure if it was the hunger games or star wars, then all the lame jokes for kids came and reminded me that it was a disney movie.

They manage to make even the villain an afc...he was insecure cause couldnt run his force game on the girl and make her talk, he even run to vent to his master...

Then we have the black guy which we will probably see with the same character in some xmas movie with no adjustment needed since it was already fit for kid comedies and chick flicks.

Han solo surely needs a testosterone replacement therapy, according to his behaviour he is surely test deficient or maybe he just got soft with age.

Of course the smart jedi girl managed to outpower guards and the main villain on the spot with no planning nor training, you go gurl.

Some hint to fascism has to be shown for rule, during the speech of the general with all the soldiers in formation raising their arms to show their support to the cause of the empire.

Too bad there wasnt a gay character, Im sure we will have to wait for the next chapter as well as a kid tagging with the girl to save the world.

I knew the PC plotline for this new series before it came out this week.

White male villain removed by a black guy and white girl who in turn form a romantic involvement.

It is the ultimate in race/culture cuck.

Wrong, it was directly the girl to take down the white villain and save the black guy.
Forget about the rock saving the girl, now its the girl saving the afc guy which got beated from the villain.

The villain kills han solo as well, too much testosterone altought not even half from the early episodes.

Even the robot tasing the main character cause he was lying to the woman just like a chick flick where the kid pinch the guy cause he saw him speaking with an other girl.

More like a disney/mangina conspiracy given they are ruining any franchise they touch, not sure why mention of jews since many hollywood movies are still agreeable (even if not as much as before).
I think even the last iron man was made from disney if i recall correctly with all the result we saw.

Its not mandatory that we agree, I said what I believe about that movie, if you dont find it beta PC then good for you cause you surely enjoy modern movies more than me...I often find myself watching again robocop and predator from the 80s and at some point I'll run out of movies to rewatch.

Do you realize there is not a single manly man in the whole movie, someone you could compare to bruce willis in die hard or the old han solo from the 80s, they managed to make a beta even the black guy which usually is the only one who can dodge the pc filter, chief of the resistance a woman, hero of the movie an other woman.

That pilot we talked about appears in less than 5 minutes of the movie, and the villain is a pvssy as well, looks more like a guy from a boy band from a darth vader substitute.

I agree, all characters were watered down. But it's only a product of our beta society, I don't think there is a deliberate effort to make these characters appear beta.
I don't enjoy modern movies btw, I just wanted to say that this movie is not at the same level as that nickelodeon show about cuckolding a white kid, I don't remember the name. And I was expecting it to be.

Made in 1983 by ROGER CORMAN, a guy who directed mostly porn and B movies made a solid sci-fi adventure with 6 alpha males and 1 alpha female and a kid who acts like a kid. There is 0 bullsh15 in this movie and no agenda, the 80's was the age of great sci fi movies. I'm betting this cost next to nothing to make and even used footage from battle beyond the stars (a much sh1tier movie).

Even a retard like Anakin skywalker can apparently fly an N-1 ROYAL Starfighter and with 1 set of proton torpedos manage to blow up an entire capital ship from the inside while yelling "ooops!!!". I haven't seen the new movie and probably won't until it comes out on video..

Here's a great movie where starfighter pilots are guys that pick up and bang women in the fighters, Boomer the black guy is a LEVEL HEADED, no nonsense colonial warrior. Today's movies have to glorify race or gender, they can't just have a relaxed atmosphere, everything has to be IN YOUR FACE.

80's sci fi had everything you could possibly want, they were scary, they were intense and even though the ideas were often crazy, the plot and characters were coherent and REAL. It wasn't some cookie cutter bullsh1t. Even Alex Rogan had to train to fly a starfighter, and that makes sense.

Its not that Disney is incapable of making good sci fi, if you've ever seen 'The Flight Of The Navigator' it was excellent. John Carter was also REALLY good.... as soon as you take the male out of the movie, you get 'The Force Awakens'.

It's all about societal trends. In the 80's and early 90's people were into UFOs/Adventure/Fun music and creativity, not soo much the 90's. Now its all women's empowerment garbage and if you look at today's sci fi movies, its literred with ninja women, tough women captains, women engineers and they are all pretty high heel wearing bitches. The only plausible women in sci fi who fit the part were usually dog ugly as with Ripley from Aliens.

Kristen Wiig has said she was taken by surprise after online trolls mounted a campaign against the new female-fronted remake of cult 80s favouriteGhostbusters.

“The fact there was so much controversy because we were women was surprising to me,” said Wiig. “Some people said some really not nice things about the fact that there were women. It didn’t make me mad, it just really bummed me out. We’re really honouring those movies.”

In March, the new Ghostbusters director Paul Feig, who also directed Wiig and McCarthy in Bridesmaids, described criticism of the remake as “some of the most vile, misogynistic **** I’ve ever seen in my life”. Ernie Hudson, who played Winston Zeddemore in the 1984 version of the film, found himself embroiled in the controversy in 2014, after calling the remake “a bad idea”. However, he swiftly backtracked and now has a part in the film.

Further original cast members who have agreed to be in the new Ghostbusters include Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Sigourney Weaver and Annie Potts. Rick Moranis, who played the nerd accountant Louis Tully in the 1984 film and its 1989 sequel, has turned down the chance to appear in the remake, citing the flimsiness of the part on offer. He really was but i find it normal since he had been a stormtrooper for his whole life . What i loved was that there was some truth about his relation with ray.

He almost confessed his feelings for her and what he got in the end was a friendship announcement.

You've got to understand that The Force Awakens is more of a product launch platform than a movie. Disney's going to make much, much more off merchandise, rides, etc. than this movie.

One reviewer / columnist referred to it as a "two hour trailer for future Disney products."

If you also read various movie forums, it's generally agreed that the best writing / character development has moved over to serial TV shows (Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, etc.).
