Thanks zip, I completely fogto the name of that cardio program. I copied a few of the training tips from there a long while back but my computer crashed an took all my links with it.

20 second sprints followed by 10 second rest, no not cooldown period, REST.

You've got to try it running backwards in sand or snow, it fukkin KILLS your thighs.

Whew!!!

Just read the article... and I'm on top of this like your girl.

Gonna be trying this... there's this field I run at, artificial grass field, two football lengths lined right endzone to endzone. I'm going to be doing this 3 days a week... 8 sets, running both fields at 75% max (200 yards = 20 seconds), resting for 10 seconds, and then repeating back... 4 minutes of going through the fire. 75% for the first 3 weeks until I can move up.

Wow, this is exactly what I want. Wish me luck ya'll...

lol, omit the first three weeks from your training than...

That's fvking running for ten seconds, I can run at 75% aerobic for over an hour.

ANAEROBIC, do you remember that piece of information in the pdf? It's on the second page, starting about 5 or 6 lines down the third column.

Once you overclock your VO2 max, your body begins to go into anaerobic withdrawal. Meaning your bodyhas no oxygen left to feed your muscles. lactic acid begins to build up and your muscles begin to fatigue faster than the last time you had a 400lb beast ride you like you were a baby brahma.

Read over the article again Cruise, your cheating if you stay within your limits.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Just did my first workout today...

2 Football fields attached to each other endzone to endzone...

Warmed up for 5 minutes...

The workout:

Ran at about 70-80% max for 1 1/2 field lengths, and then walked the remaining 50 yards to end of field. Upon reaching endzone, I turned around and repeated the process... 8 sets.

Observations:

Grueling indeed. By the fourth lap I was not only winded, but was really starting to feel the anaerobic burn.

At the end of 8 sets, I could barely walk, really had to dig deep to stay strong and walk back to my car. Couldn't believe a 5 minute workout would be so difficult. I noticed my heart rate was pumping profusely for the next 10 or so minutes. Overall though a good workout. Not feeling sore, but tight, and not just in the legs, but overall around the torso and everything.

This is definitely going to be my cardio routine.

Again, thanks for the link zip!

bump

I tried this this morning for the first time. Holy fvck! I've considered myself in pretty decent shape - I lift regularly, do all the big lifts, widowmakers, etc.

I walked to a trail in my neighborhood. It was cold this morning. On the trail were some middle-aged suburbanites going for their brisk morning walk. It was kind of strange sprinting by them.

I had a stop watch in my hand to do the intervals correctly. I got through 3 full sprints, and a half assed fourth one before getting that "stop now or you'll puke" feeling. Man that was brutal! The feeling afterward was excellent though. Guerilla cardio definitely pushes boundaries, and will get you into serious shape. I haven't sprinted like that since being a kid. I'm addicted, will have to do it again and again, looking to get myself up to 8 full intervals at full speed.

A side note... the whole morning I was wide awake and full of energy. Usually I'm sluggish for the first half of the morning. All the more reason to make guerilla cardio a regular part of my routine.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Evidently so. I feel a bit retarded for not learning this sooner. The worst thing about getting exhausted so quickly was that I used to be the fastest kid on the block. The good news though is now I really look forward to waking up and tackling this challenge! Boundaries will be pushed, barriers broken.
