Alright, since the board died recently, me and Dee-zy put this thing on hold. No more family issues, and no more holding us back! I've had some solid sets in the past couple weeks, but were starting over...There's one more montreal guy in this contest, but I don't know his name on the board. Anywhoo...here are the rules again for those of you that forgot, or who want to play along...

An approach is an attempt to talk to a woman that:

1) YOU WOULD SLEEP WITH,
2) YOU DO NOT KNOW
3) TAKES PART IN FURTHERING THE CONVERSATION AT LEAST ONCE
4) DOES NOT BLOW YOU OFF

If SHE approaches YOU, it does not count.
If SHE ditches YOU right at the begining, it does not count.

You have to log every approach that you made here, and a short description.

Me and Dee-zy are actual real life friends, so we won't cheat! We may update these rules later.

This challenge starts TONIGHT at 7pm!!

The prize? WHO GIVES A ****! It'll be fun!

Yup, that's right. If she shuts you down, and just doesn't want to talk then we don't count it. The girl can reject you if you try to close, or can walk away after a paragraph of convo or whatever, and that will still count. But if she's cold to start with, and then blows you off right away, we don't count it.

Was getting back in the building at noon, saw a 7 walk out of the laundry room in the elevator with me. I pressed my floor and she didn't press anything, so I asked if she was from the same floor, she said yeah. I said cool, I haven't met anybody from my floor, introduced myself, she said her name (which I already forgot, idiot!) and we shook hands.

We talked a bit, she said she met this one crazy old lady, and we proceeded to continue talkin about that. I asked her where she lived (down the hall, how convenient! ). As we got out, we continued talking about crazy ppl in our building, but then she left before I closed. It seemed kinda rushed, but I guess I still should of said something. Ah well, I know her appartement number, I guess I can always go knock "when I'm short of something" (like sugar ). We seem to have decent rapport.
I wonder how I can just go knock on her door when I forgot her name though ... :\

Alright...

Well guys, the first night I got to get out in while, I was on fire. Now I know why this is going to take me a LONG time to finish...
It's because my sets seem to last longer than 30mins each time!
Before I got into the club, I opened 3 sets, but I'm not counting those, because I did it with the pretense of selling tickets to the club. (I'm not counting them, even though I opened with "do you think montreal girls are easy to talk to...")

Set 1:
coat check. I open this HOT brunette girl (I would give her HB9). I'm talking to her, and something not right...she seems WAY too receptive for a girl this hot. (Eventually I find out she's really insecure from my friend who hung out with her later that night. )
I open her as she's moving in coat check, and her friend opens me, and is like, "OMG we met each other!". It turns out I know this chick, cause I met her earlier that weekend! Her uhhh..."boytoy" is one of my new acquaintances. Anyway, that set goes well, and I tell those girls I'll see them in the club...too bad my friend tells me they went to Cafe campus later. The hot girl doesn't have a boytoy...her friend does. Man I found out later, that that girl went home eating yogurt and icecream and watching a movie by herself on her couch!!! GUYS. These are the chicks YOU MUST GAME!! haha.



Set 2:
Opened up two girls at the bar, HB6, and HB8, Blonde and brunette. "Hey, do you think that montreal girls are easy to talk to?"
They responded that they were from montreal, and (of course), said, "Yes, of course they are easy to talk to!!!" This opener is golden, because if they are AT ALL social, they will always give the answer which makes THEM easy to talk to. It forces them to talk to you. If they are from montreal, they will say "yes!", and then they have to talk to you, or be liars. If they are NOT from Montreal, then they will say "No!", and again, they have to talk to you, or be liars! haha. Golden.
I've learned to initiate kino in the first 3 seconds, so immediately, I Hi5 both of them...then, in something I decided to try for the first time, (very ballzy for my usualy style), I put my arm around both of their shoulders, and pulled them close, and then in a very serious tone, said, "You know what though...I think that all girls are easy to talk to...if you know how to talk to girls (smile at both of them). This drew the girls in, like I've NEVER Seen. I think I'm going to use this one more often...
They continues "Oh REALLY!? So what do you KNOW about talking to girls?!"
Instead of answering their questions, I start DHVing, and I'm running the set...eventually, since I suck at comfort, the sets dies off, and I tell them I'm getting back to my friends...Those girls were eyeing me all night.


And bam...both of them immediately look at me like, "Wow...who is this. Is he the real deal?"
They are eating up my rant about how guys are pussies, and how most guys have NO IDEA what women want. It is gooood times. Anyway, I should have closed these girls. This is my sticking point. I'm attractive enough now after a 15 min set, where I need to grab my nutz and just ask for the number, or go in for the isolate. Eventually, I have to do one of these two things.
That set goes on for along while after that, and my friend Rich joins the set for a bit. We veg, and we run a bunch of stupid games. It was good times.

The entire night, we were having just an all around great time. There were plenty of girls around us that knew our friends, and we were having a blast. I've found, that when you do that, it just makes you much more attractive. When you are just having a good time, not caring about anything else, it just makes you hotter. When you are standing around with your guy friends "cruising" for chicks...well, get ready to be called "CREEP", all night.

Set 3:
I open an brown girl, HB4, (to get to her friend, HB8 ). Again, Kino is initiated on BOTH girls within 3 seconds, and I continue the kino theme throughout. I'm talking to these girls, and I'm doing some ****y funny stuff, though I don't remember what. I think I made fun of the asian, for being creepy and aggressive. They ate it all up. Anyway, this girl (HB8) starts telling me about how she just went out with a guy who took her out on two dates, and didn't make a ****ing physical move on her at all. She was *****ing that at the end of the date, they are at her door, and he give her her two french kisses on the cheeks, but doesn't kiss her on the lips at all! I step in, and I'm like, "OMG. WHY ARE GUYS SUCH WIMPS?!?!" And both the girls turn to me and are like, "Omg, I know, you are SO RIGHT!" We start talking about dating, and I'm telling them how, I don't wait till the end of the night to kiss, because it feels contrived. I demonstrate on HB8 about how I initiate kino early on, and how I escalate. SHE IS EATING IT UP!
Eventually, these girls have heavy kino going on me, and are basically like, " You should totally be teaching other guys how to act on dates!" (IOI)
I eventually tell them what turns out to be my trump card...
"See, when I go for a kiss, because I tend to press the action, and give the girl a feeling of passion, the girl is sometimes not ready to kiss. She's caught in a whirlwind of emotion. When I kiss her, sometimes she'll give me a little wimpy soft kiss on the lips, as if she's unsure. If that happens, I simply stop, smile, look at her in the eyes, and softly say, "Now...Kiss me like you mean it". And after that, I generally get an intensely passionate kiss, and 've sealed the deal."
hahaha. I have NEVER tried a DHV like that before...but wow, did it ever work.
After this, the asian girl grabs me and is like, "wow. Okay. You are now my new boyfriend! Why can't all guys be like you!" And we laugh together. At that point, I should have isolated her and KISSED her, (or at least #-closed), BUT INSTEAD HER FATASS THIRD FRIEND BARGES IN THE SET, BASICALLY KNOCKS ME OVER, AND SAYS, "HEY. HB8, WERE LEAVING, LETS GO". She turns around as she's being dragged away, and is like, 'Hey!!! Awww...Come find me on the dance floor! '
And of course, I don't find her again. GAH.
That was the most solid set I run all night. Attraction was on, tension was up. I am confident (and I don't say this much) that I could have ONSed her, k-closed her, or at least fooled around with her.

Set4:
Okay this is getting too long to type. I open a mixed three set, (Yay! It's rare I open a mixed set). HB9, HB9, HB8. I use my standard opener of the night, and I manage to sit down with them. They are all from calgary, so I DHV about my cowboy hat, and how I'm from Atlanta, GA. The set goes good, and my other friend, comes in (who I hadn't seen all night) and is like, "OH ****! YOU KNOW THESE GIRLS TOO!?!" I'm like, "uhhh...Well I do NOW!!" haha. that set goes to ****, as my friend takes two of them away (they know he's taken, so he's *safe*), and I eject.

Set 5:
Two random chicks on the bar floor, have a great convo. But there doesn't seem to be an IOI's going anywhere. So I talk for a while, they buy me a drink, and that set dies...

Anyway, Those 5 sets lasted me like 3hrs...literally.
100 approaches of that calibre is going to take a LONG ass time...oh well! IT's worth IT!!

Always have a Plan B.

Man. I walked into the university formal, and I was THE MAN. I have a $600 Ted Baker Black Pinstripe Super 140s suit, a silk dress shirt and a shilk kerchief. It was hott. I was easily one of the best or the best dressed man there. I felt like a million bucks, and so I acted like it too.

I was gaming two girls tonight hardcore, both of which I know from before, so those don't count as approaches.
Essentially, I was playing these girls hard. The first one HB7.5, I went straight to qualifying, and teasing. Things like, "Oh you're back! Looks like you can't get enough of me! Typical!", and "What do you want to be when you grow up, and don't say ballerina, cause that's just lame... "
I danced with her for a while, and I found out that my random flirting and approaches with other women, and my general alphaness, had an effect on her. She had a huge crush on me. Long story short, I ended up in her bed, making out, fooling around. She rejected my advance for sex once, and I turned over and gave her a freezeout. Unfortunatley, at that point it was 6am, and I passed out during the middle of the freezeout. haha.

Girl number two. This girl is getting hit on left and right by guys. I've actually already gamed her twice from the gym, and gotten what I percieve to be 1.5 IOIs. I walk into the venue, and she yells, "nishbuk!" And I go over to see her. Jokingly, I say, "Where have you been all my life!?" I continue this playful carefree attitude with her, and I'm hitting on girls left and right. I talk to her about girl guy relationships, play push-pull with her in some different ways, although I'm not exactly sure what I said anymore...Thins like, "Hey you know how to dance, unlike most of my other girl toys...(jokingly)" or, "Any challenge you can throw my way, I can throw right back at you"...etc, etc. I set myself apart. I did this because I was the only guy that acted like I didn't need, her, was still playful, AND I'm probably the ONLY guy she talked to for so long that made it clear I was hitting on her, but didn't try and k-close her, or f-close her. There was massive kino going on, and I was in control of the interaction. At the coat check, I was with my crowd, and she sat there for a good 5 mins behind me waiting for me to acknowledge her. Eventually I did a double take, turned and greeted her. In keeping with the flirting, challenging attitude, I said something to the effect of, "Good seeing you tonight, and I want you to keep in mind, that any challenge you throw at me, I'm going to throw right back at you, so don't take me lightly. "
"OH is that right!? Well then, I'm up for the challenge".

Anyway, those don't count as approaches, since I knew both of them, but there is a real chance in the next couple of weeks here that I could be juggling two girls at the same time.

My approaches:

Set 1:
Girls at the bar talking about guys. Lol. This one was too easy. She's saying something like, "I know girl, all these guys are going to get are eye contact! Then it's up to them to take action, and come talk to us!" hahaha. I couldn't help myself. I got in on that conversation, teased them to hell, started saying things like, "Well, when you're dealing with a guy like me, you'll be lucky if YOU get more than a smile...". Their jaws dropped. Convo continued, and one of the two girls I was gaming came and found me.

Set 2:
Cute blonde sitting at one of the tables next to the dance floor. I'm talking to her, easily one of the cutest girls there, but good god, she had NO substance. Eventually, after she finished a sentence, I say, "Now, really, do you have anything besides pop music or celebrities that interests you...Do you have ANYTHING interesting to say?". At this point the convo was over, and I wasn't attracted anymore, so I pushed it to the limits. It turned out that she tried HARDCORE to qualify herself to me, but I wasn't biting...

set 3:
Girls sitting on a couch together. "Hey! All you girls are sitting alone out here. Oh! Low and behold RIGHT in front of the guys bathroom! You're all the same. Find a nice secluded spot where you can sit out here and oggle us men. Typical! Treating us like pieces of meat!"
You wouldn't believe the response: "Well, maybe you should tell us why you are NOT a piece of meat!"
My answer..."See, the girls that I want to talk to, are over THERE, having fun, mingling with other people. Now, I haven't pigeon holed you girls yet, but maybe you're just shy and don't know how to have a good time...let me help you." I grab two of them by the arms and take them straight away to introduce them to my social proof, and the dance floor. The other 3 girls follow. We have a decent time, and if I pushed harder, who knows, I may have been able to close one of them that night. But one of my two "Grade A" sarges (The two girls I know), comes and starts it up again.

I probably approached 8-9 more women this night, but I'm not going to recount all of them here. I don't rememeber the details of some of those sets, so I'm going to count this a 3 sets.

I guess the real point of posting the report, is because I'm on the verge of juggling two girls for the first time in my life. CUTE ones too!

I had more than a few approaches during the week, but I don't remember all the details (I am studying hardcore). Anyway, yesterday we went to a small local bar, and to a club.

At a small bar I opened two girls with the same ol jazz...(Time constraint), (context), "Hey, do you think that Montreal girls are easy to talk to?". They responded, and the convo continues for 3 mins. Then I tested one of the responses I'm using out:
"See...When I talk to a Montreal girl, they always seem to be *****es!"
HBs: "Well, of course they are going to be *****y if you use THIS line on them."
Nish: "Ouch that hurts. You know, that hurts me here (touch chest), and here (touch head). lol".

Everytime I use that response, I get a negative response. So I think I'm going to say I've officially field tested it as something not to use. When I use a response like, "Yeah. I agree! It seems that wherever you go, people are willing to tell their stories, and get comfortable just chatting. It's really cool how much you can learn about people you've never met, just for fun." the convo always seems to go much better.

I think this is because the first response acts like a DLV (girls are *****y to you because you have no value), and the second response acts like a DHV (I am easy going and people find me very cool to talk to).

The second set of the night happened at a club. There were two older COUGS sitting at a bar, and I deicded to use my throwaway set on them. Just for fun.

Nish: "What the **** is up with Montreal girls!? I mean seriously!? (Incredulous look on my face) I mean, they are SO EASY!!!"
HB: Starts laughing her ass off, but is in the convo. "hahaha. Is THAT your pickup line??"
Nish: "Pick up line? I'm just stating the facts, woman. Hey do you speak english?"
HB: "No, not really. I speak mostly french."
Nish: (Negative body language, and unimpressed tone). "Oh...That's too bad, I guess we can't be friends anymore!".
HB: "Well, I speak some english!" (Ding, Ding, Ding, She's qualifying!)
Conversation continues for a couple more minutes, me busting on them, random other stuff, but the girls (Ahem) Women, are just too old. (They had good bodies, and were clearly the 'HOT' girls when they were younger, but they were in the 34-37 range.)
I eject.

Anyway, I met up with two of my girlfriends there, and I spent some time hanging with them. It was good times! Now, I'm getting ready for a Day 2 I've got on this sunday!

Lol. I had a day 2 this sunday, at it went great! The reason that's relevant to this thread, is because I used my approaches as an opportunity to DHV. Par instance, we got into this discussion about how the pickup is dishonest (It's a gambit I'm trying, and I truly believe.)
She agrees, and were discussing why girls find it that way...Then I start thinking: "Hmmm...this seems like the perfect time to get a third-party opinion!"
Were walking down the street, and I just say, "you know what? I think I want a second opinion on this...wait for first extremely cute chick to walk by..."
Nish: "Excuse me, we were having a high-energy discussion just now, and we need a second opinion. I'm kinda in a rush, but, 'Why do you think it is, that the act of a guy picking up a girl is viewed as dishonest? I mean, don't you just hate that society views meeting new people as a dishonest thing?'
HB: "Yeah I do. But to be fair, there ARE a fair number of dishonest people, men and women that ruin it for all of us!"
Nish: "Hmm...I guess that could be true. I mean, wouldn't you find it refreshing, if a guy started talking to you, but you could tell RIGHT AWAY that he's a GENUINE, and HONEST guy you feel you could trust and have a connection with? Instead of one of those guys who will lie to buy your affection?"
HB: Of course that would be awesome! (Turns to my date) Wow, you must be a lucky girl!

ok, wednesday, went out to radio with a friend, sooo not in the mood, the place was packed, it was much more like a club atmosphere, and I was more like in a bar attitude.


anywhoo, a lot of *****ing out on my part, my friend approached 2 sets, he came up with the 'anglos' can't dance and 'francos' dance thingy, whatever. I ended up joining his set and talk to them, and telkaed to them later but I dont' think that counts. Stupid me cuz one of em was blonde and I actually thought she was cute. anywhoo...


My set, I approached a 3 or 4 set, forgot, dont' remember anymore, saying, (in french) my friend here is anglo and he is saying that french girls would not talk to anglos, they were all like no no no!!! so my friend joined me, and we chatted for a few. Funny thing is that the one I wanted the most (blonde of course) ended up talking with my friend and I was talking to the brunette (that my friend prefered, lol), we talked for a few, I teased her that she couldn't speak english at all, learned that she came to mtl at a young age and she was from Trois-Riviere. Set wasn't that solid but blah,

Technically, I got a lay so the 'contest' is over, but out of sport, and because I still want to finish, I'm not going to count it, because it was in my extended group of friends...

5 approaches the other night.

I walked into the bar with a huge smile on my face, and I was ON. I was heavily social proofed, (6 girls, all my friends. Some very cute, some not so much). I have cemented my position is this group as a HV guy.

1st approach, I use "are girls from this city easy to talk to?"
Crap these girls are french, and look about 17. I tease them, play with them a bit, and I eject. Warm up set complete.

Here, a girl I'm dating comes in, and I go off with her for a bit! As I leave, the french girl I talked to gives me the sneakiest smile.
While we are downstairs, I open 4 more sets.
First set, two girls talking about something 'important', but they respond to my opener, We have a good chat, and I end up introducing them to some random people I know. Goes well, but I'm not going to take things anywhere tonight, as I'm here with someone I'm seeing.

Set 3: I bump into an asian girl, smile and really jokingly say, "Watch it punk!" She comments on my jacket. And we hit it off really well! She interested, and I even ended up walking around with this one holding hands for a bit. I eject back to my group of friends.

Set 4: Same opener, mixed 4-set, (3 girls, one guy). I get their names, and befriend the guy right away. Thankfully one of the girls I know comes up to me, and gives me a great big bear hug, and socially proofs me!

Set 5: I tell this one girl whose throwing ice at this dude, that if she really wants him, she should just go up and ask him! She looks stunned. And then starts playfully throwing ice at me! HAHAHA. We chat for a bit, and she continues the conversation, but I don't think she's interested. Oh well!

End of the night, I end up leaving with the girl I'm with, and we (ahem) have a lot of fun when we get home.
