Most effective way to create attraction with a women?

Be in good shape. Don't be stoned or drunk when you meet her (trust me you are NOT more attractive when you are inebriated) Dress appropriately. Have good hygiene. Don't be afraid to approach her, ask her out. Be charming and funny, make sure she does most of the talking.

I agree with RM about fitness. But on the looks topic, I think hairstyle is critical. Trying to optimize your hairstyle (or shave/buzz if that's your thing) is powerful in terms of initial attraction.

Dressing like a preppy pretty boy isn't going to get anyone anywhere. The real secret is not being obvious, don't go out of your way for any of these hoes. In other words if a chance presents itself then talk but don't be obvious, and don't let her catch you looking at her. The indifference and challenge is what attracts them.

Being in demand by other women in her circle or in close proximity is a sure fire way of generating attraction.
Having other females is another way to generate attraction.
Being in upper 10% of physical conditioning is a way of being attractive.
Ignoring them and being a challenge is a way to generate attraction.
Remember guys, the most important thing is you are having success of some kind. So if you find yourself in a drought, I'd say even 2 weeks drought, get your d1ck WET. Just get it wet in a legal age female. Women love men who are not starved for sex or attention.

It's been said already in this thread in a round about way: get her to start qualifying herself to you.
Instead of you trying to impress her, get her to start trying to impress you - switch places with her on the pedestal.
Many ways to go about doing this - the tease - the neg - the just not giving a fvck - the not returning her calls or texts - the flaking on her - etc.
It's a shift of attitude. What's in it for you? So what if she's hot? Those chicks are a dime a dozen, what else does she have to offer?
