So there is this 19 years old chick who I met like two months ago, I went on seven dates with her, banged her once, then had a one month break because of some misunderstanding etc.

Last week we went to play some pool, made out etc. Last Monday I said that we should go to the movies on Saturday, she agreed. Today she texted me in the morning, I reminded her that we were suposed to meet to go to the movies but she said:

her: Im not sure, I have to go to X first and not sure when I'll be able to come back, I'll let you know.

me: if you cannot make it we can go some other time. Let me now as soon as you can

her: ok, I'll text you in an hour.

Well, she did not text. I sense that she's seing another dude so it seems now I am option B.

Anyway, any ideas or suggestions on how to proceed? Im not texting her again since she flaked on me.

Don't ever send a text like this. If you have to say it, you really aren't that busy. For whatever reason, she didn't get back to you. So, go do something else instead of worrying about why she didn't. Your happiness doesn't (or shouldn't at least) depend on her. Go have fun without her.

And why do you make this assumption?

Personally I don't like to schedule meet ups with girls, I either go to her place or I call her (when I know she's not working) ask her what she's doing and tell her to meet up with me at that moment, which would seem like it would increase the chances of flaking but actually doesn't.

IMO don't call up planning something in mind (i.e. going to the movies) this is something you do with friends, it's boring and predictable...just call to hang out and go and do whatever you feel like on the day.

Better: Give her an exact time frame when to text you if she can make it or not.

Me for example: Let me know if you can make it by tomorrow evening.

I always got a response with this approach. Before I used the same as you did and then there was often something like "oh sorry I forgot to text you yesterday blabla"
