If CapedCrusader is banned, why are ElStud and Luke Skywalker still here?


The hypocrisy of this is beyond me.

Caped was a very depressed person truly seeking advice, and despite his annoying ignorance, you could at least tell he was looking for some way, ANY way to get help for his issues - and he was banned

Why are elstud and lukeskywalker not banned? I am all for guys with no game who are virgins who are here on sosuave to improve, take advice, and become don juans, but these two fellas are not here for that - and it irritates almost everyone on sosuave, but they are NOT banned.

They both talk back when given advice, they never show improvement, and they don't even try to take advice from ANYONE (and there has been over 100 people that gave good advice to each of them), but ElStud and Luke Skywalker ALWAYS 100% of the time do not say "thank you for the advice, I will take it". They are not humble. Instead they try to push their creepy virgin-azzed point of views and agendas and just continually shove it into everyone's face, without an ounce of desire to TAKE advice from the men who know what they are talking about.

Now, when these two guys start GIVING advice to men who are having women issues, that is when my REAL problem with them starts. I think we all know that people like ElStud and Luke should never ever give anyone advice about women, but in fact, all they do on sosuave is talk back to advice given to them, and give virginzed advice to people who actually need help from REAL don juans.

CapedCrusader never talked back or gave advice, but he is banned.

The only logical conclusion I can come up with is that Allen keeps these two fools on here as entertainment (to attract traffic to the website), and as living breathing examples of what NOT to be when trying to come up in the game.

Luke Skywalker is a hopeless case. but he doesn't spam the board as much as caped crusader. Elstud actually has improved some. He just has sosuave diaharea. He post a lot of stuff he could keep to himself or keep in a journal, but out of those three at least he is going out and trying. I think he will make it, he's got heart if nothing else. The other two seem scared of life.

I guess his youth gives him the best advantage, you are correct. But I am 100% sure there is at least 1 underlying issue that he is keeping hidden from all of us that is preventing him from having success (whether it be god-ugly looks/appearance, or a mental disability).

Still, my points stand

Caped, is FAR different. You dont see Luke, or El Stud posting new threads everyday whining about the same crap. Well, not anywhere near the extent of Caped anyway. Luke doesnt bother anybody. El Stud mainly sticks to his own Journals, and has everyone hate on him, so he made a thread about how it sucks. He is definitely reactive, and bullheaded, and wont listen to anyone, but he is doing his own thing, whatever. Also, the only advice El Stud gives is about approaching, and he's damn good at it. He's not seeking attention, he just draws it. He doesnt start new threads daily about why he's so miserable.

BTW, yes CapedCrusader was depressed but he was not here for the advice. He was not willing to change which is why you couldn't even have a discussion with the guy. He wanted the attention he was lacking in everyday life. His 'annoying ignorance" was a way to avoid investing any time into improving himself.

Well he is a black kid at a mostly white university and refused to understand how that affects his game. I've tried to give him some small pointers on what he's dealing with but he is blind to that fact that race does play a part, albiet a small part. Some non black women are just not going to choose a brother period. Either by prefrence or social pressue. Some will warm up to you eventually when they see you are a cool and their social group approves of you, some are attracted to black men and don't give a **** what anyone thinks and some are just curious and want to try it on the low low. It shouldn't stop you from trying...but you do have to be aware of the realities and then go have fun.

I dont think thats his problem, personally. I think its the fact that he doesnt understand social norms by any means. I recall a post of him going into hollister or the mall everyday or something to hit on the same girls. I also recall a post in which he said he had aspergers as a kid or something, which explains all of his behavior. Im in a similar situation as him, black in a mostly white university, and clothing style (kinda) yet i dont have the same problems as him(granted i am more attractive, physically and personality wise, and im not focused soley on myself. I never had social skills in high schol but i taught myself how to act by reading the stuff on this site and observing others. Its all about the swagger, which he fails to realize and lacks. Personally ive tried to help him and give him props for being able to approach as well as he can, which is usually shuned. The reason he fails is because hes scared of escalating, hes egocentric, he doesnt understand people most importantly. He COULD be successful, but due to is naitivity and unwilliningness to learn and take advice, he has a longer voyage than noobs.

I would really love to see a post by a mod that appeared whenever somebody was banned that said why.

I truly enjoy this forum. I know of no other place to turn for advice in matters such as these.

One thing I would really love to see are success stories. Guys who had it bad but now they are happy. Some day once I've got my life together I would love to give advice to the younger generation. In time I shall be great.

I suggested this idea but apparently it would cause flaming, etc.

Generally the nails that stick out get their ass hammered in, Luke and ElStud(who has been banned in the past) generally keep to themselves, and thus aren't in the way of the banhammer.

Yeah I can see flaming happening. I guess the only alternative would be an an announcement of some sort that regular members cannot reply to. But then somebody would start a thread and the flaming would happen there.

Still it is sad when a member who helped other people gets banned. For example, I liked Dongfu who was banned almost exactly a year ago. He contributed much more to the forum than the average member. But he may have stuck out too much.

Either way the mods are in charge and I respect their decisions.

Mostly he was spamming the board with troll like posts several times a day.

People aren't banned for sticking out, needing a lot of help, not listening to advice or for giving bad advice.

People are banned for fighting, flamebaiting, disrupting the board and anything else that violates the boards policies.

Capedcrusader turned the forum into his own personal blog to mindfvck himself with. And his sense of self was so warped, you could disrespect him, and the guy would agree with you. It does him some good to be forced off the board. It's like taking away a kid's security blanket

I've actually been thanked by ElStud in the past and by virtue OF going out and approaching, the guy'll be fine in the future. His biggest issue right now is his denial of sticking points, which comes from having a pimp ego.

As for the 3rd guy, I have no clue who he is.

the day TheLastManStanding (puertorican lover) was banned I lost all hope for this forum.

I was going to personally invite him to do the spring bootcamp. I thoguht maybe that would spur him into action.
