Al Moh. climbs on a hill, overlooking all the DJs and starts to talk.
“Gentlemen, it has been a while since I first had the idea of opening a BC for some people. What was thought of about 10 people helping each other through 13 weeks of crashing and burning has become a campaign of a much larger scale. However, this is a good thing.
Hold on, did he say 13 weeks???
Yes I did. If you would have done your homework, you would know that the BC has got 8 weeks that take the time of 13 real weeks. Weeks 5, 6 and 8 each take two weeks and for week 7 you’ll even have 3 weeks.
Gentlemen, I am looking forward to 13 weeks of constant social self-improvement, new experiences, numbers, kiss closes and maybe even f-closes. For that, I wish you good luck. And remember: It’s all about the fun too!”

Those are the people in this group. Now, it's your responsibility to complete every week on time. You have to:
- Do the reading
- Complete the exercises
- Write a Report at the end of the week
You may:
- Listen to the music (recommended to get into the mood ;) )
- Report any time during the week in this thread
- Ask questions in this thread
- Give tips in this thread or a thread of the other BC-Groups
If you learn anything new that you think is valuable to others, you are encouraged to post this inside the Tips-Section.

In your Report at the end of the week please state if you were successful completing the week or not. If yes, I am going to move your name to the next week. If no you can either stop or give yourself more time. However, I am not going to take care of you anymore in terms of moving you name further. You have to organise yourself then but can still use this thread.

Thta's about it as general information goes.

The link to the BC one more time:

http://www.jbspencer.com/djb/Downloads/djbc.pdf
or word Version:
http://www.jbspencer.com/djb/Downloads/djbc.doc

There you will find each weeks reading material, music picks and exercises. I am just going to repeat the exercises in short form in this threads.

Exercises:

1) 2 Hours of establishing eye contact with strangers
2) Saying "Hi" to 50 strangers (you may also use any other greeting ;) )

Good luck DJs!

EDIT: Forget to say that: Each week starts on thursday morning and ends wednesday evening (your time). Of course, you can do the reading for the next week already on wednesday if you wish.

EDIT: Group Points at the beginning of the week: 0

Whats up fellow Red Team members! I look forward to hearing from you and sharing my expericnes. :) Lets try not to spam too much in these threads, but instead write well contstruced longer fewer posts, just a suggestion so it doesn't get too hectic :p.

Also a suggestion, write down goals and notes on an actual piece of paper, not just on the forums, it will help if you have it in real life, for example this week write down how much eye contact you made and how many strangers you said hi to etc.

So Im sitting here reading the DJBC and getting pretty pumped up for this week! Well good luck lets beat those other teams :p

Kid Style is in!!!

This is going to be fun. Will finish reading the bible by tonight. Already read the first part of week 1 in preparation which I hope to finish by tomorrow.

My "weekend" really starts on Tuesday since I work Thursday to Monday (restaurant business). My goal from this is purely self-improvement in a social environment. I want to be the person that can approach anyone, anytime providing excellent rapport and charisma.

Good luck guys, remember the single most important aspect in this is TAKING ACTION.

You can read all that you want but if you don't implement, this training is a waste of time. Read and do, read and do, read and do.

Make it a habit!

As I said in the main DJBC post, I'm 17 and just finishing up junior year of high school. My goal for this bootcamp is to improve myself so much that coming back into High School for senior year, Ill be a completely new person.

I've been following the community for about 2 years now, and I've really taken it slow as far as action goes. Reading the DJ bible has changed my behavior a lot, but I still haven't gone out and just done cold approaches.

I'll be in town all year this summer -- before I went away to work at camp for months. I'll probably get a job lifeguarding around here, but suprisingly, at the places where I guard there are NO hot girls. Its all old people and toddlers :p I'm going to be spending my time on the weekends with friends and doing the DJBC, so I'll be able to put plenty of time into it.

Doing the eye contact, and "Hi's" is gonna be easy. Its going to be hard for me when we start doing rejections and number closes. We'll all pull through though.

Red Team FTW!!! --- by the way, everyone should read: http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=24770 on the first day

Yo guys =]

Im 17, from England, have a job, and go to school (this is a problem, as i have my final exams through May and June, but I'll try anyway). I work out and im beginning to get the body I want. Im pretty successful with girls that im introduced to, but I've been here 1 and a half years, and STILL haven't cold approached, thats why im doing this.

I work in a department story so theres alot of customers that pass by, mainly women, many MILFS
I was working tonight and I was all pumped up ready to start this weeks task. I had no problems with the eye contact, but I could'nt manage a single 'hi'. I think the first 'hi' will be the most difficult, as its a big step out of our comfort zone. But after all this is what the bootcamps about. I won't be seeing any strangers tommorow, but saturday I plan on saying the first 'hi', and then see about the rest after that.

I think for the first time you go out to do the task, you should aim for just one 'hi', don't expect to complete all 50 in one day, like me tonight, you'll just put too much pressure on yourself. I wish you all the best of luck.

I went to school today and did a lot of eyecontact and smiling in the halls between classes. I said a lot of hi's, but I'm not going to count what I do in school: I kinda know most people there anyways.

I'll probably go out tomorrow night and on Saturday I have a track meet. During the track meet I want to get at least 10 hi's from attractive girls. Thats my goal for now.

Its amazing how much a difference it makes when you smile and look people in the eye. Eyeryone seems more friendly.

Went to the gym. Said hi and met Michelle and a guy I will call "Michael" now. Dont know his real name. Went ahead of bootcamp and got into conversations with them. Completed around 15 eye contacts and around 5 hellos (hellos all happen to be women) today. No problem for me so far.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Reporting in.

Good start team red! Don't rush or put too much pressure on yourselves or you will psyche yourself out. Take it easy:up:

Ive held eye contact for 2 days now with about 75% of people.

5/50 "hi's" :D

Only been 2 days so i'm ready to get the rest! Lets rip it up this weekend guys! Get Out There!:cheer:

Hi guys,

Have been on this site for about a year. Tried to follow the boot camp by myself but thought it would be a better idea to do it in a group.

Have had a setback this week. Was ready to start but have torn some ligament in my hand (basically broken my thumb) so have to got to hospital for surgery tomorrow. Will give it my best to complete week 1. It could be possible, there were actually a few hot nurses there today.

So far i´ve had good eye contact from a number of women. Some nurses but that´s probably just their sweet bedside manner! ha ha

About 8/50 hellos. All strangers, although 3 were men in the hospital waiting room.

Other developments: Me and my buddies got invited to a party next week by some girls at uni. They are all pretty hot and seem up for it too so looks good.

Got the phone number of a girl at uni. Extremely cute and good company. I knew someone who worked where she wanted to apply for a job so i said i could sort out an application form and put in a good word for her.

Am gonna concentrate on getting my hand fixed for now so will post back next week when i know more. Should be pretty straightforward though.

Reading Material
Have been reading weapons of mass seduction by Senoir Fingers. Its in the DJ bible and is an excellent source of ideas. He writes well and his style and ideas seem to suit mine. I highly recommend it.

Good luck, and remember to have fun!

Goof effort old schooler! I'm proud of you.

Your right about the reactions though, older people are easiest and your right some people don't say anything, they just give you a weird look or smile or something. Don't worry about it because its about YOU.

As for different greetings, I notice your Australian, as am I, try "hows it going" it usually works well for majority of people here.

Btw im up to 12/50, going to get ****load more tomorrow hopefully.

Alright then guys, im up to 5 out of 50 so far, not amazing but its a start considering how I was on the first night. I also number closed one of them (HB8) in like 30 seconds, but we realised we had a friend in common so thats obviously an advantage. Keep it up everyone

Argh, I cant believe im having problems with this. If you remember I said I would do a good chunk of the hi's at my track meet yesterday. For some reason I couldn't do it.

I'm fine with the EC... and usually i'll smile or nod at people when they're passing, but I cant open my mouth. I dont know if I was nervous about my race or just plain wimped out.

Status: EC --> 2 hrs. easily
Hi's --> 3/50

I have to step it up. I'm going to the beach today, so I should have plenty of opportunity. But what limits me there is that i'll be with some friends the whole time and I'm uncomfortable about saying hi to strangers with them... wow I just realized how dumb that sounds.

Man , listen .

It might be hard to say HI to people that you dont know . But thats the point of BC . To get you out of your comfort zone . There are lot of missions coming , and this one will look like a piece of cake compared to them . Break your shell , get out of your comfort zone .

Force (yeah , i really mean FORCE ) yourself to do missions . Ive done 2 other bootcamps , and i still have problems doing missions . But ill force myself .

By the end of this bootcamp , youll see the difference :D .

To: RED TEAM

Whats up guys :D . Today was a sunny day , so me and my wing went out to drink something and why not , approach a couple of sets .
We said a lot of HI to almost everyone on street ( no matter genre , age )
We used Drug dealer opener , HAVENT SEEN YOU IN A LONG TIME opener ( you can read this opener full on the link on my signature ) , Who lies more .

We also asked girls if cheap sunglasses were damaging our eyes .

0 number closes (never asked for number)

Just had fun doing it :D . Great :D.

Yook bro, what Daddy is saying is right, to get out of the comfort zone, but gradually, just take the first step, say hi even if they arn't looking at you or if its a super hot girl, you'll be surprised at some of the responses you'll get :p

36/50!!! Almost there, even though I've done week one before i'm proud of myself because I said hi to a different VARIETY of people (age, sex, etc) and different situations (walking down the street, shops, footy training etc)

As far as eye contact I always hold anyway (habit:p) so yeah i've completed that.
