Ok , i think you all know the importance of being in mood before going out .
But we're not always in good mood . So , whats your way to get in the mood ?

Ok , my way is a bit weird , but it works on me .Firsty i put my favorite music , than run around the house , scream , dance and do like this . Also sleeping is before going out is great . Always do it .

I actually made a thread on how to feel good before going out , but i really wanna know your way of getting in mood .

Please share it , it may come useful to some members here that definitely need it .

This might sound crazy, but I just delve deep into my melancholy state.

I put on some blues, (or the opposite of hype club get ready music), sip a little whiskey, and slowly but surely get dressed. I sigh a lot, but get through the mascara and earrings. By the time my ride shows up, I usually am feeling a little better, if nothing else than because I have zero expectations for anything, and can feel a buzz coming on, and was listening to some good music. It's like playing to my devil may care side.

These nights tend to turn out pretty great. My humour is off the scale, and people are attracted to me like moths to a flame.

I think the OP was more, how do guys get pumped up so they can get in that vibe of being confident so they can approach women.

UM.... I was going by his OP.

He said how do you get in the mood to go out period, when you don't feel like it period. I took that as when you are feeling less than stellar PERIOD, and not really in the mood to be amidst many people in a public place that may include other drunken people, dancing, and the likes.

And there is more to a girl going out then "sitting around and waiting for guys to approach you".

Don't worry about my posts, thanks. Why don't you contribute something instead of trying to knock the ONE contribution thus far.

Good damn lord. Does it really matter? Getting in the mood is kind of across the board whether you are female or male, white or black, stupid or smart.

My advice works for either gender, depending on whether or not you are a deep introverted person prone to moodiness, not if you are male or female.

Once you get your mind right, or get in the mood (using my technique or the one you have yet to post), then everything else falls into place. Whether your goal is to just have a good time out, or approach mad b!tches, or be approached by countless AFC's (as I am sure you imagine it to be for me since I have a pvssy). Whether it is to laugh and be merry, dance, or just find one person to take home.

Gender is irrelevant when it comes to fixing your mental state.

Please stop clogging up other peoples' potentially good threads with your own preconcieved ideas. No offense.

Do you notice how naturals get into state without even knowing what they are doing?

-They put on loud music
-They start to howl like yyyyyyeeeeeeeeaaaaaaa wwwwwwoooooooo and sh!t (unstifleing)
-They start saying hi to all the strangers they see

lol good point , but i dont plan joining in . Easy tasks .

Im very social and i can say hi to everyone i want and i can initiate a conversation with anyone i want . No anxietys .

Ive done my personal bootcamp and i no longer have problem approaching , starting conversation or attracting girls .

Im just looking for a good way to get in the mood . I have my way (posted up there), but i wanna get some new fresh ideas :p

Anyway , good luck with your bootcamp . It takes balls of steel to start doing bootcamps :cheer:

I have seen that at times, when I am not that upbeat, dancing and singing along to some rock and jumpy music really helps. also talking out and letting it go when being social with random people pumps me up.

There is no theory, but I have found that whatever the state, just start acting like you are on the top of the world and it instantly kicks into yourself. Don't bother too much about changing your state!

Don't you look at me like that, girl.....

Two ways:

1. Call/meet up with a girl(s) that your friends with. someone who you can flirt with freely, and have her flirt back as well. This works so well because it gets you in the right mindset and makes you feel great. Sometimes this isn't possible so...

2. Yell random **** really loud... always fun, except when the neighbors are outside:up:

I found a great way that works for me now .

Before , i was using alcohol to get in the mood . Now , its different :p . I banned alcohol because girls we're asking me all the time " ARE YOU DRUNK " . Fvck it . Now i only drink strawberry juice .

Ok , here's my way . I apply all these steps when i want to have a day with ultimate success :D :

Talk to parents , friends and everyone to get in talkative mood .

Sleep - to feel energic

Eat good because when im hungry im nervous .

Go on the shower , put on my favorite songs that inspire me and dance and sing while getting shower .

Wear my favorite clothes , shave , make myself look great :D . Put colognes and sh1t and my confidence raises .

When i go out with my friends , we talk very loud . And we laugh alot . This helps too .

Now , comes the real part .The part that makes me feel like the SH!T :p .


Approach some sets in the first moments . Almost always get good responses . This boosts my confidence and state , and for the rest of the night , im unstoppable :p . Hope this helps a bit . Give it a shot . Approach :D .

I normally meditate, drink some tea.

Then shower, down 2 redbulls, watch "Smack My ***** Up" and bounce.
