Ok i know what the reply will be to this already, move on, go out and screw 10 women and it will be ok.

Well i've gone out and screwed 2 girls, one of them twice...and nothing seem's to be able to help me forget a past relationship that went bad.Maybe it's cause she works in the same Hospital i do and thats why i still think about her.

but come on, the other 2 girls i slept with were better looking and i had better sex with them.but i just have this really bad outlook on life now cause of my past.

I see girls as objects that temp make me happy...after i've slept with them i feel so empty and depressed.I guess i wanna hear that there is a light at the end of the tunnel?..

Very very good post, but the thing is i don't consider my life to be crap...i've joined a gym for my health and am slowly trying to control my money.

I just keep getting this feeling that maybe i'm not meant to be with anyone and the most i can go for is ons/sex....i know it's pathetic but that's what i feel like.

Plus i can only ever "Pull" girls in clubs and bars.....i can never actually attract girls anywhere else.

How long has it been since you got "damaged" from this first girl? Honestly, I've felt the same way too. The ONLY way I got over my girl, was that I was able to use my DJ talents, win the girl back, and than break up with her.

I know it sounds cold, but it seems to be the only way I, personally, can get over a girl. When a girl dumps you, your life feels incomplete. YOU need to remember that this girl is NOT your life, she is a PART of your life. Win her back, and once you get her, you will HOPEFULLY realize you don't need her in your life, and you will dump her. There you go, your problems are complete, and you will hopefully (in a few months... maybe even in a few days) meet somebody new, more exciting, and hopefully have a relationship that is somewhat more stable than that previous one so you won't have to repeat this process again.

So, the ultimate question is: "Axcell, how do I win her back?" It's simple - demonstrate higher value and act like you are completely fine with the decision she has made. You said she works at the same place you do, start improving your social value in your workplace and talk to a large amount of females. No need to particularly flirt with females RIGHT when she comes by, just casually talk to a large amount of females, and SHE will notice it. Jealousy is key in women - take advantage of it!

Oh, and one more thing. Let's just say she does happen to fall for you again, read some threads in this forum on how to become the "prize" in a relationship. Because if you were the prize in that relationship, you wouldn't have run into these problems.

I think it's the feeling that i want some revenge in some way, like to be able to regain some of the control/power i had lost.

I just got an msn off me and have decided to ignore it to regain alittle power...it's sad i know, but the feeling of giving up all my time on this girl and being treated like **** has forced me into that.

Bad relationships should change you for the better. It should make you smarter and stronger. If you've been so affected by a past relationship, maybe you need to look at yourself. You're not being very strong, and that strength can only be found within yourself. I've been through some bad stuff, but I'm still the same person and even better. You are who you are, and no one can change that. Don't let something mess you up because it went wrong. You can have something better, and once you believe that, then it will happen.

I'm 34 and separated from my wife. She cheated on me, but I've let it go and have forgiven her. Now I'm having the time of my life. I'm dating several women and making so many new male friends. This would not have happened without believing I was better than the crap I kept taking. I was allowing all the bs happen to me. I'm done with taking crap and life couldn't be better.

You're life will not change and your thoughts will not change until you've decided to change them. There are more things far more tragic in life than you losing a partner. Life offers change and be happy that it does. Move on and go on because there is so much out there. So much more!

Keep up some walls and watch for the red flags. Dump chicks immediately that are playing games or disrespecting you. Forget this chick and find yourself. GAL - get a life. Do things that make you happy.
