b4 i hurt my shoulder and can't bench anymore.

lmao you call that worse? i can bench 95 MAYBE 100. *siggh one day ill hit that 200 lb plateau..... one day.

Sorry bro but this is a bad poll. First of all you shouldn't make the names public. For the record I can't bench 450+ but I'm not going to seem like a wuss for picking anything lower :D I'm not going to say what else is wrong instead I think you should remake the poll using these options.

Stats sucks...good luck with that. I can throw up 250 and i weigh 190. I had hand surgery 7 months ago...one day my hand will probably snap.

Maxtro, why would you seem a wuss for putting anything lower than 450? That is crazy talk. And yeh handyandy, you missed 200-250 which I am sure a lot of people will fall in to.

And EFFORT, niceeeeee.

My best bench so far is a poultry 192.5lbs. Not tested in two months though so hopefully I'm over the 200 by now. Shall see in 4 weeks or so.

I'd like to see some video's people :) Many are guilty of not using a full range of motion...

I'd also much rather this was a deadlift poll :)

I hit a 90kg (which is 198 lbs) off of a 2-board (which is about 3").
That's my best so far.

lol i dont i can only deadlift 150lbs 1RM lol but my bench 1RM is 205lbs and my squat 1RM is 264lbs,so yeah need to work on deadlift a lot ;)

Let me guess, you used to do bench only and you squat to parallel?

Either that or your just proportioned that way. Btw if you squat to parallel, don't. Just incase you do...going all the way down is where it is at.

I haven't done the regular bench just yet (done inclines and declines) but I'm guessing I'm in the 100-150 range. I'll find out the 20th when I max test.

Hmm.. is squatting to parallel wrong? (so far I've been going to parallel or slightly below)

oh em gee.
i can bench what 72kg? (at least i think the bar was 20kg - that's what someone told me) and 14-15 year olds are benching 160lb+ , damn i'm behind.
my squat and deadlifts are also appalling, lol no wonder my gains were small.

BTW I've always done incline. My max on that for 1 rep is about 200 lbs. I don't know what that translates into for regular bench but must be pretty good.
