Eats fruits, peanuts & veggies around the clock. It will make sure your stomach stays in the 'ON' position and constantly processing stuff thus making it hard for you to gain weight.

I don't mean buy fruit juice and drink that crap,or orange, apple, grape or any other that stuff. I mean solid fruits;strawberries, grapes, pineapples, tomatoes & bananas.

I have a definitive formula, that works for my body very well.

A) Get up early and run for 20 minutes.

B) Every other day do weight training. Be it whatever, exercise all muscles.

C) Proper diet. I write down calories on paper and enter them into spread sheet. Adjust caloric intake so that I feel compfy and loose about 10 lbs a month.

C.1) What you eat should have labels or a definitive nutrition value chart somewhere. It should be low fat and fat to protein ratio should be a good 3/4 protein to 1 part fat, or something similar. Lean foods.

D) Your last meal before 5 PM, you go to bed early and get plenty of sleep, wake up and repeat. It's very good life style, believe me.

I'd bet a lot of money you haven't tried everything. Christ what is with this defeatist attitude that seems to be compounding everywhere these days.
Is there a new epidemic I haven't heard of where your balls fall off and you grow breasts? Actually try finding some information in depth using the search function and you will find there is quite a number of decent threads on diet/training etc. Then, and only then, should you have to resort to making a new thread if something still isn't clear. Hell did you even try the stickies?

P.s.-How the hell is anyone going to help if you don't provide any information on your current training and diet! Use common sense!:trouble:

Edit-Stuntmann I am sorry to say this but...please don't give advice on fat loss, muscle loss yes, but not fat...

Hmmm. I lost 0 lbs in muscle. Haven't I said it works for me very well?? I'm puzzled. Actually I find you nasty and disrespectful. I didn't know people from UK are like that.

Fat-loss is a real war for some people. Treat it that way! You can't just rock up to a gym do curls, check out the chicks, cycle, then go home. You need to totally overhaul your diet, training and life style.

Things you need less of
-TV
-computer
-sugar
-carbs
-sitting down

It is impossible to grow unless you're getting to many calories.

It's far better to by food that has no labels(no packaged food).

I don't buy my food from a supermarket, just a butcher and fruit and vegg store.

Ok well i have 3 1/2 hour football practice everyday and games on Fridays.
I try to eat healthy, i eat fruits and stuff and homemade food, i try to cut out the fast food as much as possible, i dont drink soda at all anymore, ive been getting home tired from practice at around 7 so i dont really have the time or energy to get some workouts in at the gym, but starting september im going to start this new workout plan for 6 weeks, but the thing is, i still have practice then, AND homework, i have alot of crap going on and its taking my workout time away.

OK so I'd say the most important thing for you is diet. Cut out all crap. No bread, sugar ect.

Well, your advice, while well-intended, will prove to be catabolic for many people. Now if you have a lot of bodyfat to lose and little muscle then it could work, but 10lbs per month (for how many months??) for someone who isn't obese is going to include muscle loss with the fat.

HA!!!!!

Ok well i have 3 1/2 hour football practice everyday and games on Fridays.

Most guys are trying to gain weight for football, you know?

Try cutting out sugar (crabs) and eating more raw vegetables. They are good if you dip them in a salad dressing you like. Also, unsweetened tea is a good zero-calorie drink, and you'll get a little energy from the caffeine. Green tea is better than black.

I'm not known to do this often, but this is becoming redundant.

The solution to your problem is a combination of:
a) healthy, whole food diet that is high in protein and fat, and moderate carbs.
b) low intensity morning cardio
c) hydration
d) rest
c) patience

If you have a complaint, send me a PM. Otherwise, the answers are all listed above, as well as numerous times in the H&F Vault.
