safe sex is no sex thats the bottom line.

sex seems leads to trouble one way or another.

It also leads to giggling good pleasure. You should try it sometime, you might like it.

Were you screwing a dirty hooker? You can only get an STD if the person you have sex with already has it. Me thinks your story needs some more detail.

how do you mean, after? like you pulled out and it stayed in?

the odds are extremely low if there was no physical contact with her genital area man.. condoms = 100% safe (or a risk that's so small that it's effectively zero)

Most guys have had unsafe sex at some point. It's a head **** afterwards, as Jack Nicholason called it "It's something new for this generation the death ****".

However the odds are extremely low for straight sex but to be sure, get a std check. Even if the girl has something then it's still quite low.

I'm presuming teh chick is liek a girlfriend?
Did you let her know the condom came off? Besides STD I would also worry she might get pregnant. You dont want to be a father quite yet..I presume.

Theres good info over the net on how to propelry fit a condom. Your condom shouldnt fall off too easily. If thats the case get a tighter fitting one.
There are some condoms that are coated with anti HIV viral lubricant (its not 100% fool proof. So I would trust it.)

You're misinformed. It doesn't matter straight or gay sex, chances of HIV transmission go like this, from highest to lowest.

direct blood contact
anal sex
viginal sex
infected needle puncture
oral sex

It sure sucks that the condom came off. He must have gotten flacid after ejaculating. Question is, did the condom came off when he pull out, or inside of her? If inside of her, then it sucks. If when he pull out, not a biggie. In any case, gotta do the right thing here and get tested, ask the girl to get test too, threaten to end the relationship if she don't.

In a fairly large study, uninfected partners who had sex without using condoms consistently or correctly with an infected partner over a 2 year period only had an infection rate of 12% by the end of the study. That means the odds of HIV transmission for *any single* encounter is possible but unlikely. There are a wide range of things that can make *any single encounter* for or less likely to result in transmission, and there are certain measures that can be taken in the event of a *very recent* exposure.

I'd say the odds are pretty low specifically for HIV transmission. Then there is always examples of people who got HIV through a one time encounter and such despite using condom (probably by using it incorrectly or oit was of poor quality at the time of usage).

Unfortunately, other viral disease or bacteria may be more easily transmited than HIV. If you have sex with enough people, you will probably eventually catch something (I have), but it's likely not going to be HIV but rather something that is cured easily.

As to if she was a hooker: In some places hookers have around the same rate of HIV infection as the general population. Having sex with a sex worker in and of itself does not automatically raise the likelihood of HIV infection.

HIV is also hard to transmit from a female to a male ... (rather than vice versa)

1 in 2000 chance average. personally I'd worry about the more common std's.

get yourself checked so you don't worry..

I'll post an earlier response to a different thread now that has a direct bearing on yours.

Facts and figures are completely meaningless in this capacity. Either you get an STD or you don't. There is no way to accurately determine the probability of your contracting a disease based on what the profession of the woman you sleep with is. In short, if the girl has a disease, and the condom breaks, you're screwed. If she doesn't have one, and it breaks, you're okay. If she doesn't have a disease and the condom breaks, you're okay. If she does have a disease and the condom doesn't break, you're okay. If she doesn't have a disease and the condom doesn't break, you're okay. If she's a waitress and she has a disease, and your condom breaks, you're screwed. If she's a stripper and doesn't have a disease, and the condom breaks, you're still okay.

Since this question is rather pointless and has no accurate answer; closed.
