OK... I've been doing Rippetoe for a few months now. I'm 6'0 and 190-195 lbs. My weights have increased a lot:
Squat: 3 sets of 5 at 95 lbs to 3 sets of 5 at 245 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set of 5 at 135 lbs to 1 set of 5 at 320 lbs
Bench Press: 3 sets of 5 with 45 lb dumbbells to 3 sets of 5 with 65 lb dumbbells
Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 5 with 85 lbs to 3 sets of 5 with 110 lbs
But I have gained a lot of fat too and it's kind of grossing me out. I think it's time to start cutting but I'm not sure. So I will post some pictures and hopefully get you guys' expert opinion
Yes I know I have gynecomastia, I'm saving up for the surgery now.
