Thats right fellas!

My life is ****ing awesome now. Took about 3 months! That's ALL!

I'll show yall how I managed to do this, if only for motivational uses.

My former state:

1. I procrastinated WAY too much! (very self destructive for me)
2. I was NOT NEARLY as confident as I wanted to be around girls
3. I ate junk food on a regular basis(coke, chips, pizza, etc)
4. I was NOT as in shape as I'd liked to be
5. My appearance needs an overhaul(clothes, style)
6. My body language was NOT that of a confident winner...YET...

My current state:

1. I still procrastinate abit, but not nearly to the same extent as before.
2. I'm confident around chicks now(i know there's room for improvement, but whatever)
3. I don't eat ANY junk food AT ALL now, completely cut that **** from my diet.
4. I'm 5 weeks in to a hardcore exercise program and noticing HUGE improvement in shape.
5. I wear pretty stylish clothes, and look sexy in em(the girls notice this one)
6. Body language is improving tremendously. It's all about being relaxed everywhere you go.

How I did it:

1. Procrastination: This one was a *****, and still is. Essentially I had to keep reminding myself of what it was I was doing, and WHY THE FVCK i was doing it. To get over procrastination I sat down with a pad and paper, wrote out ALL of my goals both short term and long term. THe real boost for fighting procrastination comes when you start to see results from your actions though!! When you see what you can do in such a short time, you become afraid to lose the ground you made, and become aware of everything you''re doing. My advice, write EVERYTHING you want in life(short and long term) on a piece of paper and pin it up somewhere. These will be your goals so as to never lose focus. Every action and footstep you take from now on will be aimed at reaching these goals. Trust me it works!

2. Girls: This is actually part of what motivated me to write this out. Today I bagged a ****ing gorgeous chick. She actually looks ALOT like Reese Witherspoon. By bagged I mean we set up a date for Friday night, and she's pretty interested:D. Lately everything has been going right for me with the ladies. All the changes I made to myself affected my selfconfidence and my looks. With the confidence, my body language changed; facial expressions changed; voice tone changed; humour changed; PERSONALITY changed. My advice: Don't THINK you are above people...KNOW you are above them! But here's the catch...Treat them as equals, and they will subconsiously look UP to you, not as an *******, but as a LEADER. That is what people forget; they tend to act arrogant. I changed my way of viewing people by 1)reading this site back to front, and practicing afew of the KEY aspects. No I didn't do a ****ing bootcamp, those things are gay and actually build pressure and nervousness, which is the wrong idea. I focused on how to project myself and appearance, that way people come to me, in MY world! :D The girls will FLOCK to you with this attitude.

Read this site, Read the Tips forum, Read Pook, Read bondjamesbond.

3. Diet: I don't really know how to say this more clearly. DON'T EAT JUNK FOOD! Eating healthy, natural food makes you feel, and look, soooooooOOO much better! It does wonders for your body and mind. For me, the big motivation behind eating healthy food is that when i dont, i tend to get afew pimples, so...yeah...Now I don't advocate NOT eating junk food AT ALL, I'm just saying, for the most part...eat healthy, natural food. It will do wonders for you as it has for me!

4. Exercise: I started a program several weeks ago, it targets large muscle groups and puts on muscle REAL QUICK if you do it right, and also HEAPS of cardio to trim the fat I have off of my muscles. Chicks dig the moderately-muscular look. For all you guys preaching that body doesn't play a part in attraction...I don't really know what to say. Sure it doesn't get you past first base, but as someone who is completely transforming himself, I can strongly attest to girls showing more interest(IOIs) as I've gotten more fit. Exercise is a snowball effect. Do it for afew weeks, notice the nice changes, keep doing it. That is the process. That is the motivation.

5. Style: Spend the big bucks! Go for the gold! Just don't go for the overly-flashy. I completely wiped( and i mean fking completely) all the clothes i had, just threw them out. And started fresh. It really makes you feel good about yourself to wear NICE clothes. I go to school every morning feeling like a million bucks, but wearing under $200 worth of clothing. Some big aspects that I focused on: 1) Wear good, well fitting pants(not tight, but not around your ankles either(be it jeans or khackies) 2) Buy some nice shoes(not quite dress shoes, not quite sneakers) 3) Wear layers(ie: tank top, then tshirt, then open sweater, then jacket. it makes you look bigger, and more wellkept. 4) match Tshirt with eye color, it does heaps for your style, trust!
5) I also started growing my hair abit, keepin it trimmed, and styling it. Sure it takes abit longer each morning, but combine good looks with kickass attitude and you have girls drooling at your heels.

6. Body language: With confidence and knowledge(sosuave) comes good body language. Whenever i sit down, I put my feet up now. I impose myself into other people's space. I respect other people, but not that "comfort bubble" people have around themselves. I walk with a touch of swagger. I lean back when I sit, I look at people DIRECTLY, not out of the corner of my eye(this is huge, says ALOT about selfconfidence), I SMILE, not a gaping smile, just one that tells people you arent frowning. Show some teeth when you smile(again huge), is makes the smile appear genuine and real. Walk with your lips SLIGHTLY parted. Not gaping as if ready to catch flies with it, just always be "on the edge" of smiling, as if you're WAITING for something humourous to happen.

------------------------------------

Notes: Read Pook, bondjamesbond, and Brazilian_Blues_Boy( i read something of his yesterday. Today I go to school, feeling like a million bucks. I got some IOIs in the library, gave some good EC to a chick i like in one class(she responded pretty well), and set up a date with an HB9 who apparently likes me, in my last class. All in a days work eh?

By the way, I have a post called: ~Grabbing Life By The Horns~ if you do a search for it. That post really triggered the changes to start happening, so you have a good idea of a time frame. What really told me i was seeing results was after reading Brazilian_Blues_Boy's posts, I went to school today and proved to myself what I was worth.

Good luck fella's, I fvcking love you guys and everything this place stands for!

I bought AE's program but I haven't found the will to exercise because I'm not eating enough food (1-2 meals/day). Do you guys use a home gym? It's hard to motivate myself to exercise because I don't eat properly. My roommate's oven is broken and I used to bake everything before I moved. How's your eating habits and have you seen much gains?

I personally do have a home gym setup. I also have a gym in school, which is awesome! I use that one more now, because its really a whole lot better than the stuff I have.

As far as eating habits, usually 4+ meals a day. I know its a ***** getting a routine down, but if you live on your own or have your own refrigerator its MUCH easier. Get 5-6 small, healthy meals in, get to a gym and your half way there! Here's what I ate today, hope it helps:

Breakfast - 2 glass of water, 2 banana, chicken sandwich(whole grain bread, tomato, chicken, butter), and a coffee later on.

Lunch - 1 glass of water, fruit shake, tuna sandwich(whole grain bread, tomato, tuna, butter)

Afternoon snack - 2 glass of water, apple, tuna sandwich(whole grain, tomato, tuna, butter)

Dinner - 2 glass of water, apple, veggies(green beans, brocolli, cauliflower, carrots), chicken

Tonite - 2 eggs

THis is a really healthy diet, all you really need to buy from the shops is:
1)tuna (under $1 per can)
2)chicken ($8.00 for a full chicken)
3) loaf of bread ($2.50)
4) Tomato (lol no idea)
5) bananas and apples (really cheap)
6) veggies
7) eggs

That's a typical day, with workout after lunch, and a 2k run about an hour after dinner. It's easy once you get a routine down, the hard part is diciplining yourself for the first week or so. Sure I drink beer, eat pizza and chicken wings on weekends but for the most part its just healthy ****.

Go to the Health and Fitness forum, post what you want, and we'll give u a routine to work with.

Cheers!

By the way, I was talking to a girl tonite who has a boyfriend, and i guess she was attracted to me because she was mentioning how different i was the last few weeks and how hot it was. that could just be her lookin for some attention but she was gettin into my "space" like lookin for a kiss or something. whatever, her bf is my bro so until they break ill just keep teasin her!

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

I can't agree with you more. Its amazing how much better you feel inside and out when you ear healthy!

For all you guys preaching that body doesn't play a part in attraction...I don't really know what to say. Sure it doesn't get you past first base, but as someone who is completely transforming himself, I can strongly attest to girls showing more interest(IOIs) as I've gotten more fit.

Finally someone who puts in the time and reaps the benefits! I have been preaching this for awhile now. Its amazing, women all over the board, young, old, white, purple, blue you name it,check you out!

I also started growing my hair abit, keepin it trimmed, and styling it. Sure it takes abit longer each morning, but combine good looks with kickass attitude and you have girls drooling at your heels.

Darn guy, your on fire. Getting your hair cut/trimmed/styled every two weeks or so is CRUCIAL!(My hair grows fast,so its two weeks for me). So what if you have to spend the extra $15 a week? I can't stand that "chia pet" fluffy look when my hair is long.

Good luck fella's, I fvcking love you guys and everything this place stands for!

AWESOME! Its always great to hear some people who have turned it around.Your also dead on about the clothes topic as well.

Hey I have one more thing for you to try out,and I HIGHLY suggest it. Try not to curse, take it a day at a time if you have to. I can't tell you how much more respect I get from the older crowd and people in general when you do not curse. After awhile you start to see how "uneducated" people are that curse, its almost as if you lose respect for them. There are thousand other ways to express negative feelings,YOU DONT NEED TO CURSE!

Keep up the good work!

There is a certain sweetness to this post. I like it.
I'd like to add: get enough SLEEP. Even a nap sometime during the day can work wonders.

Update

Current state:

1. Procrastination - Yep, I still procrastinate. It's a hard nut to crack. Not giving up, I just need to get some rhythm back! Starts today, NOT tomorrow! Usually I plan stuff out so it starts up on a Monday. Screw that, that's just procrastination at its finest! So today it starts again fellas. There's some stuff I want to do, and there's no time like now.

2. Confidence with da ladies - As always, the more you dig into yourself, the more you uncover. Been through the nitty-gritty of acouple relationships since I updated this last time. Really though, I'm doing fine for myself now as far as girls go. Been talking to afew friends lately, and apparently the ladies are lining up for their turn[with me]. I know, it rocks!:D I'm making a point of not keeping track, but I've been with upwards of 6 different girls in the last couple months. It's all about attitude.

3. Diet - is a thing of the past. Seriously. Haven't had a craving for anything besides steak and chicken in months! Don't get me wrong, I still eat the odd bag of chips and drink the odd coke, but its the consistency that counts. Eat junk food consistently, it'll show. Eat good food consistently, it'll show. Thanks to the H&F forum I have a pretty damn good diet now, for my purposes. This is toooo easy, not even challenging anymore.

4. Workout - Almost at my target for the year end! Since september, I've put on ~10lbs of lean muscle mass, while keeping bf% at constant or even improving it. Seriously guys, this deep into a program, its not hard at all to keep it going. It's actually habit now, to hit the gym, eat right, go for a run, etc. I look great(last weekend a chick who had a bf literally walked up to me at a party, grabbed my ass and said "nice ass!") It's actually too easy now, lol. Just GET INTO IT, I promise you'll dig the results. P.S. girls think I'm a 'jock' now, because of the way I hold myself.

5. Clothing - Been wearing the new threads, and modified my style abit. I'm a big fan of the track pants and long-sleeve tshirt. I wear everything basically. No particular style I'm playing, just going with whatever I feel like that day. This is one of the things I'm still working on. Gotta go shopping again soon!

6. Body Language - This one has slipped abit! I don't know how, but I can feel it. I think it has to do with the natural depression that comes with the winter season. It's still ALOT better than it used to be, I'm just saying it's something I want to work on now. A girl--again one with a bf--told me acouple weeks ago that I look relaxed in everything I do. Now that alone is motivation to keep at it! I'll post how this one goes and share the reactions of others as time goes on.

How I did it:

1. Persistence - Once I started, the real battle was not giving up. It's very Very VERY hard to stick to a routine for the first while, and I'm still battling with some things in my life to get in order.

2. Confidence - This one is honestly tooooo easy now. I'm always confident, no matter what. How? I know now that my life is only a moment in a million years, and that none of the little decisions I make will have any affect on the universe, so why bother worrying about anything?

Goals:

1. School - This one is huge for me right now. I've been procrastinating with homework and stuff recently. I have to get this back on track. Going to get serious with myself on this one and bust my ass for the next few weeks. Wish me luck!

b) GET A FULL NIGHTS SLEEP

2. Clothing - I want to get afew more threads, to throw some new life into my wardrobe. It's getting a little stale, and we all know how much better we feel wearing new clothes!

3. Cleanliness - Time to clean my room...AND KEEP IT CLEAN! Spending an hour(or three) cleaning out my room is the easy part. The hard part is spending 10 minutes per day maintaining it. Clothes have a habit of finding the floor of my room, washroom, and laundry room. Time to cut that b.s. out of life.

4. Job - I'm slacking at my job, and need to get back into the rhythm of it. I'm scheduling atleast one appointment tomorrow, doing more on thursday, and hopefully will make some big bucks for the holidays! [personal note: stop making excuses, call the people and get it over with, and go to meetings on thursdays u slacker!!!!!!!!]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

We'll see how these go for now! :)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Update:

1. School - Aight, this went well! Just finished first semester, busted my ass for afew weeks there, it was tight..like a virgin..Just scraped by with the marks I need, so I feel pretty damn amazing! This semester is going to be tougher, but its all good cause I'm getting tougher too! Finally figuring out what school actually means, and what sacrafices I have to make to do well. This semester's gonna be a battle, but I'm ready for it.

b)As far as the sleep thing goes, I've started going to bed at 12AM instead of like 2AM every night. And it's showing! I feel better and sharper during the day, more concentration, and I look physically better because of it too! No more mindless internet surfing after midnight anymore! p.s. I also got some cool-looking blue pills to help me fall asleep cause apparently I have some sleep disorder..It's all bs I know, the only disorder I have is mental discipline.

2. Clothing - Fvckin A man! This came pretty late in the game, but finally I got the threads I want. Been saving up for awhile for this too...Just spent 1400 bucks..yes thats one four zero zero.. on some pimpin new clothes, so im pretty stoked to wear them back to school.

3. Cleanliness - I know this is effortless for some people, but for me it takes hard work and persistence to keep my pad clean. Been keeping my room clean as much as possible lately tho! Got some new things for it like a wash baskit and a garbage bin for it, so that helps too. This is going to be tough for me to keep up, cause its more of a maintanence type project, the type of thing that I suck at but am trying to improve. So this is a step in the right direction!

4. Job - I just spent 1400 bucks on clothes, and have some more saved up, so I'm stopping working for awhile. Atleast until I get my school stuff under control this semester. For the next 5 months, school IS my job. I need some solid grades this time around, and its hard to manage a job, school, gym, and hobbies at the same time. I'm putting my work on hold for afew months.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Goals:

1. School - I really need excellent marks this semester, so my goal is to maintain ~80% average in all courses. Anything above that is icing on the cake. To get there I'm setting aside around 2 and a half hours a night for homework and studying purposes. This is really gonna take heaps of energy, but I'm confident I can do it.

2. Appearance - I'm looking for a haircut that really works for me. I know a good hairstyle is individual to the person and their head shape, so that's something I'm gonna work on, mabye ask my hairdresser or someone. That's one thing.
b) Believe it or not, I go to the gym 6 days a week, so by June 31 I'm trying to gain 10lbs of muscle mass. I know that you actually build muscle with rest and nutrition, and I'm aware of everything I need to know to achieve this goal, so this will only take time and dedication.
c) I just bought a tape recorder, and am going to start working on voice projection and voice toning. Like everybody, I don't like my voice. Unlike most people, I'm doing something about it. I really don't know how long this will take to achieve, if ever, but I'll give it my best shot.
d) I still get afew pimples now and then, my goal is to be completely clear a.s.a.p. if it means taking accutane, so be it.

3. Car - I have a car right now, but I'm looking to upgrade. I just have a stock toyota corolla right now, I'm going to upgrade(eventually) to a Jeep Wrangler. I've always been the offroading type, so this is my dream car. My parents are going to help pay for it, but I have to put up most of the costs. Realistically I can expect this ride by the end of summer(august).

4. Girls - Sleep w/ 10 different girls between now and June 31. I've been maintaining a girlfriend for acouple months now, which is awesome and most of the credit should go to sosuave actually for teaching me this ****. I'm seeing another chick as well on the side. Hopefully they don't meet!! I know I shouldn't be greedy, but hey...nobody's young forever!

5. Sports - I've been doing heaps of work in the gym, and am just starting to do sport-specific conditioning. Tennis season starts in a month or so and I'm gonna be ready for that. All those skinny metro tennis fags had better watch out!! Playing varsity rugby this year as well(for school), and have started conditioning for that. I've put on 10lbs since september, still looking to gain 10 more by July. Gotten alot quicker too, thanks to sprints.

6. Social life - Make 1 friend a week. This is pretty basic, I'm just trying to break into afew more social circles so I'll always have a ton of options on weekends.

7. Best friend - I'm taking it upon myself to teach my friend how to pick up girls. He's asked me a number of times "Dude man, how do you do it?" I rake in chicks at parties while he stands there telling one girl his life story. He's far better looking than I am--in my head I know I'm the sexiest thing alive, but being realistic here--so yeah, he's better looking than I am by far, but he has nooo idea how to get a girl. This is sort of a little project for me, I know I'll learn alot myself by helping him, so it works both ways.

Anyways, there are all my goals for the next 6 months.

I have afew others, but realistically with school being my entire life for the next 5 months, I only put down the basics.

Keep it real guys!!

Hey, good job dude, this actually sounds a lot like me, an AFC who decided to completely overhaul himself. This thread brings some motivation, because i have really been slacking in the procrastination department too.

Please, please tell me with the 1400 you spent on clothes you ditched the track pants and long sleeve shirts:up:

Ahh life... Starting to comprehend what Pook used to say about NEVER having enough time.

I disappointed myself with this goal, but still got what I needed. Thanks to a good amount of dedication(good, not spectacular) I am going to university overseas next year!! Making my goals happen. Once you set something before you and base your daily habits around reaching that goal, everything falls into place naturally! Summer has arrived, school is out, and its time to reap the benefits of all those hours banging my head against the proverbial wall, doing math homework.

This is STILL an issue for me, haha. Well no more. Turning my laser-like selfdiscipline on this now, since summer has come around and there are infinite distractions to keep me awake at all hours of the night. I'm keeping a sleeping log from now on. "What is a sleeping log, Quik?" It's just a diary you keep by your bed and log what time you go to sleep, and what time you wake up. It gives you AMAZING perspective on what you're actually doing, not what you intend to do. For all you people serious on changing a habit, WRITE **** DOWN! I'll definitely keep you updated on how this goes, even if only for my own motivation.

I went shopping again, this time for the summer months. Essentially all I wear is board shorts, khackies, v-necks, and tank tops. Everywhere I go, people talk about what I wear. I make a point of dressing differently. NOT poorly, just differently. Controversially, if you will. Girls seem to notice what/how I wear as well now. My best guess is that that clothes are a PART of my image now. They actually work for me, and I don't look like an imitator in them. One thing I DO NOT do now, that I did do several months ago, is dress to impress. I wear whatever I'm "feelin" that day/night. I went to a house party in the same clothes I work out in, because I was feeling comfortable in them. All you guys who preach wearing clothes that you feel comfortable in, are definitely on to something. However, don't be afraid to change yourself, and your dress style along with it!!!

3. Cleanliness - I know this is effortless for some people, but for me it takes hard work and persistence to keep my pad clean. Been keeping my room clean as much as possible lately tho! All I can say is... HAHAHA... Yes, I'm laughing at myself here. Several months ago, just keeping groomed and clean was a challenge for me. But, I am indeed a different person now. This is soo effortless! THe only difficulty is finding time once a month to buy cleaning products(soap, acne cream, etc).
Again, how did I change my ways? I WROTE **** DOWN! I kept a log on the inside of my bathroom door, and ticked off every time I did the entire morning routine. Now I do it effortlessly. Again, I know some people were good at this since the beginning of all time, but for a grinder like me who gets nothing without working for it, there IS hope. Good luck for all you AFCs :)

4. Job - I just spent 1400 bucks on clothes, and have some more saved up, so I'm stopping working for awhile. Atleast until I get my school stuff under control this semester. My current job is now one of my hobbies! I teach tennis to youngsters, and I fvcking love it. For all you young guns like me, find a job that you enjoy, not a grind like working a fast food joint or supermarket. It's educational as well. Your job should always be a learning experience, money should be secondary.

c) I just bought a tape recorder, and am going to start working on voice projection and voice toning. Like everybody, I don't like my voice. Unlike most people, I'm doing something about it. I really don't know how long this will take to achieve, if ever, but I'll give it my best shot.
d) I still get afew pimples now and then, my goal is to be completely clear a.s.a.p. if it means taking accutane, so be it.
a) Still searching for that darned haircut! I asked my cute barber what cut she thought would look best on me, so I'm going in soon to get her to do me up.
b) LOL gym 6 days a week!!! haha what a moron I was. I go 3x per week and haven't missed a beat since New Years 07. I haven't put on much weight but I've finally figured out my problem, and am on course! I've been recieving lots of compliments on my guns, but thats not where my true focus is. My numbers are: squat 305x5 deadlift 295x5 bench 160x8. I've ******ed my numbers up that far, and don't intend to put the bar down, so to speak.
c) slacked like a motherfvck on this one. I'm going to start doing that THIS WEEK. Kick me if I don't guys!
d) Still tweaking this one. Those darned pimples! I'm definitely pretty clear, and I think a tan will help immensely, so I'm going to arrange something this week for that. Stress is a major factor for me. Every exam time, I get breakouts. I'll keep that in mind. For all you who are confused about acne, there is a massive thread in the H&F forum concerning acne. Apparently it's the real deal!

6. Social life - Make 1 friend a week. This is pretty basic, I'm just trying to break into afew more social circles so I'll always have a ton of options on weekends.
My social life is awesome!!! 'Nuff said! I am now THE go-to guy as far as social events go. I plan ****(yes, put some effort into planning), people call me ALL THE FREAKING TIME about "What's goin down tonite man??". P.S. the ladies notice this one as well.

On that note, I haven't hit my mark of 10 different chicks, but you know what? Who cares. I'm confident I can get them now. I have my girl friends trying to set me up with different chicks. Even last night at a party, one of my close girl friends asked me (directly too, which was a shock), to fvck one of her cute friends. Haha, how different I am from last year. I was asked to go hottubbing last weekend by another group of friends, little did I know their intent was to set me up with a girl who is apparently head-over-heels for me. Such is life eh? I'm not even that good-looking, but my frame is congruent and I LIVE my reality and that is what matters, deep down.

GRAB YOUR NUTS AND PUT YOUR LIFE IN FIRST GEAR! Make summer '07 a time to be remembered. Make memories, and don't waste time. Please, do it for yourself. We all have dreams, aspirations, and passions, even if we don't know it yet. We are all good at something.

The saddest thing in life is wasted talent.

Get off your computer and live how a DJ is supposed to. LIVE BIG. Do you think all the amazing and interesting people in life peruse forums and internet sites in their spare time? I don't know...You tell me.

New goals coming soon folks

cheers

My former state:

1. I procrastinated WAY too much! (very self destructive for me)
2. I was NOT NEARLY as confident as I wanted to be around girls
3. I ate junk food on a regular basis(coke, chips, pizza, etc)
4. I was NOT as in shape as I'd liked to be
5. My appearance needs an overhaul(clothes, style)
6. My body language was NOT that of a confident winner...YET...
My current state:

1. I do still procrastinate, I won't lie! However, I've had many people comment on my self-discipline now, and can power through the procrastination now. All I can say toward this is...WRITE STUFF DOWN. This one is pretty theoretical, but bringing something down from thought(ideas, not tangible), onto a piece of paper actually BRINGS the idea into reality. It makes it real, and puts the onus on you.

2. I'm fine around the ladies now. The only variable left is how much effort I put in now. Some nights I go out just to have fun and make jokes. Other times I go out to get laid. I am a firm believer now that once you TRUELY have the mindset that girls don't matter and aren't "pedestalized" in your own mind, you can do anything. Always remember, bring condoms!

3. LOL This one is a joke. I know down to a T what I'm eating now. I eat like a caveman, no processed food. Stay on the outside rim of the supermarket, never go into the center, that's where all the garbage is.

4. I'm in excellent shape. Of course there is no destination on this road, only the journey. I intend to stay fit and active for the rest of my life, and the last 6 months has been a testament to my determination towards that end!

5. Guys call me out sometimes on what I wear...Bad? Noooo way. That is good. It means I stand out. Girls say I look sexy. I almost never get the "cute", "hot", or "good-looking" comments, but my frame and reality(delusioned? perhaps) renders that meaningless. I get ass, perhaps not 9s and 10s, but...so what? I don't base my self-esteem on whether a girl has dimples, high cheekbones, and perfect skin anymore.

6. My body language is awesome. People think I "swagger". Guys joke around with me on how I walk now, thinking I look stupid. Yet in those same conversations, the ladies disagree with them and tell them I look "sexy". Be relaxed!

New goals: 8 week timeframe

1. 8 hours of sleep per night, no matter what. Even if I'm about to get laid, I'll tell them I need sleep and to fvck off. No girl will come between me and my goals. Their beauty doesn't captivate me as it once did, nor does their *****.

2. Gain 5lbs of muscle. Now that I know that I need to EAT to put on weight, this should come quickly, since my rest, workouts, and nutrition are dialed in correctly. I urge you ALL to put some mind to personal fitness. There are excellent resources on this site for guys of all shapes and sizes.

3. Read 8 books of interest. An especially hard feat now that summer has rolled around and distractions are running rampant.

4. KEEP MY ROOM CLEAN!!! WTF why can't I keeep it clean. My room cleanliness reflects my character. I must get this **** together. I have to be proud of my surroundings.

5. Get a steady girlfriend in the next couple weeks. I've been single for a few months now by choice, due to school. No more. I believe a firm ass will make a fine addition to my life. :)

6. Make myself busy every day, and BECOME A MORNING PERSON.

7. Oh and, stop masturbating when I don't get some ass.

Let's get this ball rolling ladies!

Fvck New Years resolutions and goals...Make them NOW. And keep on top of them, that is the true measure of a man. What are you willing to give to achieve your goals. Write stuff down, and keep calendars and lists if you have to. It seems neurotic, and obsessed. But I don't say obsessed...I say dedicated.

What's up man??

Hey, I want to say major props to you. What you're doing is definitely grabbin life by the horns. Just wanted to ask....

I'm intrigued by your blowing off of the bootcamp, I was planning to do one when my uni opens for fall semester.

How did you gain the confidence and body language to be successful with the women without doing approaches? I was under the impression that those were the only way to get better.

Update:

1. I keep a sleep log by my bed now and have for the last week or so. I can say with utter honesty that nothing else gets me to bed earlier when I'm at home. Being accountable to yourself on paper is quite abit more real than in your head. I get upwards of 7h of sleep every night when I sleep at my place. Obviously when I head out somewhere or go to the bars it's abit different.

2. Well, I did gain 5lbs! Rather, I gained 15lbs. Probably 5-8 of which was muscle. I took some time off from the gym to recover from a surgery I had in early July. Also, we moved for the first time in my life in July as well, so that occupied some time. Yet, I did do it. I gained 5lbs of muscle! Now it's time to work off the other 10lbs haha.

3. I only read 5 books. Didn't quite hit the 8 I was aiming for, but then... 5 books in 8 weeks isn't bad either. Two were fantasy novels(I have a soft spot for that genre), two were sports biographies, and one...this one was a fantastic book. It's coming out in the cinema mid september. It's called Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. If you liked the book Fight Club and like adventure/travel true stories, than this goes on your reading list!

4. Haha, my room...Oh, my room... It's pretty much clean, could use a onceover, and there's a pile of sports clothes in the corner. I clean it every friday before I head out for the night. The logic behind this is that it's always clean for bringing the b*tches back to it on the weekend!

5. Utter failure in this arena. I think I've only spoken to about 10 new girls in these 8 weeks. It's been very much a transition period in my life(moved from the burbs into the financial district of the city). I got lucky with a girl at a party two weekends ago and spent the night with her there(it was her stepsisters birthday party). That was kinda fun..she was kinda cute..didn't get her number though, f*ck me. I probably won't see her again. Ahh well..."b*tches, they come they go."

6. Well I have been busy every morning... Not exactly a morning person yet though, I believe that takes time. I've been taking a morning summer learning class, as a time killer so I'm not sleeping in. Now that it's over(as of today), I'll have to do it on my own accord. Though I might just keep putting personal interest classes in that timeslot, until I head to school in february.

7. Hahaha, I believe this is partly the reason why I didn't land a gf recently. A depression set in after I moved houses(big downgrade in space, three acre fvcking georgious house into a townhouse), and I jerked the meat watching porn a little tooooo much. Every time I met a chick, I'd have no drive to game her or isolate, except for that one time as I said...I got lucky. I stopped last week though, it's time to get my life in order again! And the funny thing is, I don't even get the urge anymore. Not yet atleast.

Thats it for that 8 week timeframe!

--------------

New goals: 8 week timeframe

Mind:

1. Read 4-8 books of interest!

2. Take Spanish language lessons

3. Take bartending course

4. Take one other learning class, to take care of head.

Body:

5. Gain 5lbs of muscle, lose 8lbs of fat!

5. Boxing/Muay thai classes, learn the ropes. Gonna keep it light for awhile, while I put on some musclez.

7. Get a tan...I know this is cheesy, but I'm white as an irishman now! Included in this goal is an overhaul in appearance, I've let myself go this summer.

Other:

8. Land a steady gf, and spin a couple plates on the side. Not hard now, given my location.

9. Get a high paying job!!!

10. Make 8 new good friends! Bar buddies, wings, people I can "watch the football game" with. No b*tches allowed!

-------

This is gonna be a big(BIG) two months... Let's see how this plays out.

Time play ball. :)
