Alright to start this off, I'm Payne. I am here to share my insights, and experience with you all, I hope this makes sticky here.
I will be putting a lot of time and effort In this thread, to make it as neat as possible. Please feel free to add any comments and or Concerns, as well as to share techniques and methods of your own, Or even feedback.
Alright first off we will start on how you look, I do not mean to offend anyone by saying this. You are either good looking or not.

If Looks are a problem.

What you should look for is Zits, scars, anything that you think might give you the cheek. Improve yourself. By taking care of Zits, or scars, Cover them up if possible.
What you could do about your hair, Find a style that best suits you and stick with it. A girl notices every little thing about you.
If you have a weight problem, No problem at all, if you are comfortable with it, then you might be able to use it to your advantage, if not lose a few pounds and give it a go. (I do not want to sound rude or offensive.)

First rule of thumb, if you have any doubts, take it off. If you cannot find anything that looks good I suggest you go out shopping and ask clerks for advice on what the new trend is. They will be more than happy to help you out.

Alright now that you look good, and feel good. Time to set up your game personality.
First off, You want to be a fun person, cheery, energetic, and you should be about to get a girl to laugh a little bit.
I would suggest watching yourself as you say things, to develope some character behind your voice, You should be able to say anything without studdering, or without the fear of rejection. Remember EVERYBODY, gets rejection once in a while, it's a way to tell you, that you ****ed up, and it wasn't pretty.

Alright now that you are somewhat prepared. here are some methods and techniques I like to use (Remember I will always be adding.):
Snag and Drop.
Bold Approach.
Dance Attack.
Remember you can use these anytime and almost anywhere, with the exception to the Dance attack unless at a party, dance club, or dance bar.
Alright this one is simple, yet effective.
How to prepare yourself:
Carry something you want to leave her, Maybe your number, use your imagination, For this one I will use my cell phone in the bar scenario. And I will explain in great detail.
Say you see a HB8, and You are completely read to pull it off. You walk over to her, and you introduce her to yourself. How can you do this? Read on.
You walk over towards her, DO NOT break eye contact if she is looking at you, it shows confidence, and ask her if she would mind if you sat down, If she doesn't proceed to sit down. Order two drinks, and slam them both. Ask the lady what she likes to drink, order 4 of them.
Now give her two of the four drinks. Now, make a deal with her, tell her if she can slam all of her drinks before you can that you will buy her 2 more shots. But if you win, you want her name and two shots.
Now take both in each hand, slam one and pour the other in her empty glass. And immediately tell her she lost. If she doesn't flip out on you, she should either be laughing or she would just drink the last one.
What she may be thinking at this point if she gives you her name.
She would most likely be thinking that you are not afraid to break the rules a little but, and you are deffinetly (sp) out going.
You did step one, you broke the ice.
How to continue the conversation, you have two options that will lead you to the same place
Option A:
You look her in the eyes and say:
"You eyes make me wonder......"
Cut yourself off, and hopefully she is still concentrating on you. she would either say what or nothing at all waiting for you to finish.
"Sorry you trapped me there, Someones eyes can tell a lot about a person."
And if she doesn't believe you give her and example, or don't let her say anything and just continue.
Say something like this.
"I can tell that you are a very kind hearted and caring person."
Or if you are confident enough she is right into you use a Bold Approach (Option be can be used here.)
Option B: "You are trying to fool me, but this is what I am getting, You either have a boyfriend or you don't have a boyfriend but you have an interest in someone."
She could be grinning by now, which ever option you choose, and how you say it. Now for the fun part, Pull out the cell phone and give it to her. And say something along the lines of this.
"Alright here is my cell phone I will be right back hun. If anyone calls answer it for me."
Make sure you call her hun, or babe, or something to show you are not afraid of her, or at all intimidated. Leave before she can say anything. Find a pay phone, and if you can see her bonus, if not, then do this anyways.
CALL YOUR OWN PHONE!!! I cannot stress this enough, give her a call, she will either be surprised, or laughing right now. Here is what you say.
"I'm sorry dear, but I just had to call you with the pay phone. Why? Because you have my cell. Now here is what I want you to do, If you are interested, put your number in my phone and meet me outside, But if you are not interested, meet me outside anyways."
This here shows a great deal of courage, and it shows that you are adventurious. If successful and she seems interested. You watch after you hang up she puts her number into the cell phone, and walks towards you, You know for a fact she is hooked, wait until she is outside, and once she is close, give her a kiss.
Now you have got her, if shes right into you bring her home, or if you don't have a vehicle, see if you can get her to bring you to her place, and do the good ol fvck close.
*Warning* If you do not know how to listen to body language I would advise you not to attempt this.
Alright this one is pretty straight forward. But must be done with extreme confidence, and You MUST read her body language.
You find your mark, And you figure out if you want to do a quick close, and go fvck her, or you want to # close it. Your choice.

If not rejected, but the girl enjoys it. The pull out and give her your name, and kiss her again. If she gives you her name ask her if she wants to get out of there. If so, close it how you will, keep her interested long enough to fvck close it, or to get a number. Remember girls like one night stands too.
Success rate. Anywhere from a 40% chance, to an 80% chance, depending on who you pick, and if she seems interested in you right away
Before doing this I suggest you get a girl to help you out with your dancing. Dancing like a Female Stripper helps out a hell of alot better than just following how a girl moves. TRUST ME
Once you are set, hit a dance club, dance bar, what ever you can find, and ever bar hop with the people you meet. Really fun. Even if you are at a party.

What to do. Bring a few guy friends, and maybe a close girlfriend.
Start dancing with one of your two choices, if you dance with a guy, your chances GREATLY Improve. As people may as if you are gay, just reply, Nah I just felt like dancing with him. More and more girls will show up, and you and you male dance partner will be a hit, and guys will get jelous. *Just don't actually take off your cloths. I know it sounds stupid, but it works.*
If you're lucky you could get dragged off to different parts of the dance floor, throw in some nice moves, grind with different girls, become the hit of the night, get some numbers, maybe go home with a girl or two.
But if you dance with a girl, you better hope the two of you don't have feelings for each other and you are ok with each other grabbing groaping what ever, When you feel comfortable cut in , challenge some girls to dances, and if your good, you'll be a hit. and somewhat the same results but not as dramatic as dancing with a guy.
