What's a good timeline for gettng a ONS from a bar/club?

I'm interested in learning a good timeline for getting a ONS. What will happen is I start talking to girls, and then the group decides to go do something. The girl leaves with the group, I talk to her later, and nothing happens. How do I prevent the girl from going with the group?
Also, when is the right time to go for a kiss or makeout? I have no idea in a bar or club setting with a strange woman. When I'm at my house with a girl(who didn't come from a bar), I just talk for a little bit and start kissing whenever, makeout, and try to have sex. Easy, no problem.
Most of the girls here are in bigger groups, sometimes with guys. So, it'll be a group of 6 or so hanging out, but with 2-3 by themselves. And I'll be by myself being social and going up to strange women and talking. I never have a wingman.
So far I can open well, talk for a bit, even sit down with the girls, and move them around the venue once, but that's usually it. And that's not enough for a ONS. I'd like to start racking up on the ONS's and getting control of my dating life, instead of randomly banging a new girl every few months. Where I could just find a new girl every week or month.
What steps should I take to do this?

The bar scene is relatively simple in regards to a ONS (theoretically). It's like fishing. You throw your line in the water, and you see what bites. By that I mean you hit multiple different bars, talking to many girls throughout the course of the night. Preferably starting early (7, or 8'ish). You want to avoid girls in groups for multiple reasons, specifically because she's not going to run the risk of looking easy in front of her friends and give you her number. It's doable, but it's one of the harder things.

When I first starting hitting the scene, I would try to filter out the girls who wanted attention from the ones who were ready for some action - take it from me, it's very hard to discern and isn't worth wasting your time.

A much better approach is to chat with the girl for a minute or two (literally), grab the digits and nonchalantly say "Hey, we should grab a drink later tonight. Are you gonna be around?" And dip out of the place. No BS, no games. It's on your terms. Too many guys fiddle f*ck around place more importance on getting sloppy than trying to get laid.

Again, the goal here is to get the number and get the f*ck out without drawing too much attention to yourself. You are never going to pull a girl away from her girlfriends. It just isn't happening. Not with the hot ones. However, if you have her digits and you text her later in the night with a sexy proposition, if she's even a little interested she will be tempted to break away from her friends for a possible shag. Keep in mind, she will never tell her friends "Yeah, I'm going to f*ck that guy I met earlier." More than likely, she will make an excuse to break away from the pack and meet up for a late night shag, without her friends being any the wiser. This is a much more efficient and effective approach than trying to force the girl away from her girlfriends (which never works).

The important thing her is to remain low key. Forget social value, forget trying to impress her friends. This will backfire. You want to avoid her group at all costs, because a women cares IMMENSELY what her friends think. They will judge you, c0ckblock you, etc. I don't care if the girl thinks you're good looking. She will never risk looking promiscuous with her friends watching, male or female.

In a nutshell - what I like to do is flirt for a minute or so, get her number, leave the place (rinse & repeat with different girls) and text them later in the night. This gives them the opportunity to isolate themselves from their friends without putting any pressure on them with their group present.

I haven't actually tried this, but Evan is quite correct that you generally aren't going to pull from a group. My pulls have been lone wolves (these tend to be older) or two-sets of older women. (Older women are less likely to c*ckblock.) But trying to pull a 20something female from her group is like pulling teeth. Most younger ladies will party with their friends, then go home and text some guy they already know to come over for some discreet s*x. With Evan's method, you have a shot at being on her "guest list" for the grand finale of her evening.

I can't wait to try this.

Good advice both of the posts above.

Personally though, all of my ONS, I never got the number of the girl before I banged her. Some I never even bothered getting it afterwards.

90% of my ONS the chick was either alone or in a group of two. I don't waste time going for any chick in a group bigger than this, since the "I don't want to look like a slvt in front of the group" reflex kicks in.

But I don't go out specifically looking to get laid...if it happens good, but if doesn't don't really care.

If you keep at it, you can tend to get the feel for whether a chick is into you or not..some of mine, I walked out of the club with them less than half an hour after meeting them, since I just knew they were into me big time and I escalated fast.

It seems that the best girls to find are in groups of 2-3, maybe 4 is the max.

One question, every time I've got a number I've put in at least half an hour of talking to make getting a number feasible.

What can you possibly say to get a number after only 2 mins?

In the DJ Bible you can find Gunwitch (speedseduction section). He tells exactly what to do to get a ONS. It helped me for sure but after a while i got bored with it. Especially when i woke up the next morning and found a chick next to me and truelly didn´t knew her name.
What Evans is saying is mainly right, it´s less complicated though. Go for the lone wolf, right. Chat her up and when it goes well ask her to have a drink at your place. When she says yes it´s gonna be allright. Don´t leave the place directly, have one more drink with her and then go to your place(stay in control of yourself). Good luck and tell us how it worked.
