Worrying about whether or not if a girl is gonna flake is like worrying about if the sun is going to rise.

If it's going to happen, it's going to happen. And if it isn't, then it isn't. The only thing we can do as men is ask the girl out. If the chick isn't interested, and she flakes out, then that's on her. You can't avoid it, because as we all know, sometimes a girl just isn't interested.

You just have to go into this game knowing that you can't bat 1.000. The only way to truly avoid flaking is to avoid asking women on dates. And there's no way we're gonna stop doing that.

So, warning signs or no warning signs, if the night ends with a girl flaking, then it's on to the next one.

In most instances, getting flaked on can be avoided. Guys repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot by being too available and acting too needy. The short vid is meant for guys to gauge her interest level and to react accordingly. While a guy is welcomed to play out the planned date from a hesitant girl, knowing the flake warnings helps him know where he stands.

My anti-flake techniques I've picked up over the years:

1. Call her around 10 or 11am the day of your planned date. Say you'll be a little late, you have an errand to run, and ask if she's okay with that. If she's going to flake she'll latch onto this as an easy excuse to get out of going.

2. Have plans of your own, you're a busy guy, right? Right? Tell her to call you when she's on her way. The idea with this one is that if she doesn't call then no sweat off your ass because you've already got stuff going on. If she does show up and didn't call then it's still her fault for not following directions.
